We had 30 years old windows and sliding doors in the house when we move last year. We contacted paradise exterior from Home Expo fare. They took six months to make our custom windows, two sliding doors and a front door. They were able to install all 10 windows, two big sliding doors and front door in one day. That was amazing. After that the inspector came and completed inspection. Hassle free, and good experience.

From the moment I received the welcome email communication, I knew I was in good hands. Paradise Exteriors is very professional, organized and were always responsive throughout the process. I was happy with their ability to schedule the install around my hybrid work schedule. The installers worked very efficiently. The windows are great (Softlite Barcelona single hung). I immediately noticed the AC is working less and outside noise is muted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company for impact window installation.

Was in the market for replacing my windows, patio doors and front entry door with impact rated widows and doors. I had several quotes from various local companies but Paradise Windows not only did they provided a better pricing but also a much better product, with heat reducing elements in the windows. I had 32 openings, which includes all windows, 2 separate entry sliding patio doors and front entry door.

The installation team arrived on time everyday for removal and installations. They were courteous and professional. they cleaned up after the work was completed and also did a follow up prior to inspection and after inspection. There were a few screens that came in a bit off on size from the manufacturer. Paradise windows ordered and replaced the screens that needed to be replaced.

All their screens comes with a lifetime warranty and has serial numbers on them. Their screens are not your average old form factor but a much more superior screen that flexible. Awesome product. My 2 story home is now much cooler inside and my monthly FPL bill has reduce. My windows looks amazing and the front entry door with full impact glass has that modern look, which adds a very nice look to the house.

We thought this company did a good job installing our windows. We had one small window that needed to be replaced and the slider had an anomaly in the glass. Took some weeks to get replacements however this was during covid so there were a few delays. However, the company was very good with communicating with us as to when replacements would be installed. So far we are satisfied with the company and the products they sell.

Paradise Exteriors, Roofing, Windows, Doors installed 8 impact windows to my home. I am very happy with the thickness of the glass and the workmanship in general. Before installing the windows, they remove the old frame wood for each window and installed new a quality wood to support the new impact windows. The installers were professionals and didn't leave any thrash behind.

The windows and doors look beautiful and have made a huge difference in reducing outside noise and our energy bill. Their sales person was a little intense - she wasn't leaving until she had our business. She was knowledgeable and her products were more than some of the other quotes we got, but her assurance and confidence in Paradise's said product are what sold us. In hindsight, I can very much appreciate her assertiveness.

We recently had a new roof installed at our home parsonage by them and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. The on-site supervisor knocked on my door the day before the work was to be completed and gave me a complete rundown on what to expect. I've worked on construction sites for 35 years and have never met anyone as professional and knowledgeable as he was.

I've also never seen anyone cover the entire house with tarps to contain the debris and protect the window screens and siding like they did. Excellent work, gentlemen! The new roof looks fantastic! I strongly recommend. professionalism and work are top notch.
