Paragon Exteriors was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job. You can't beat the price in this area for the quality of product and work performed. Tim came out to inspect my roof as I had a tiny water leak. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with during this project. Tim always answered the phone when I had questions, he would respond promptly via text as well.

He was honest and friendly and you could tell wanted to make sure you were happy with the finished result. The guys tore off my old roof on the house and installed Owens Corning shingles, which are one of the best on the market. The guys were extremely fast, finished in 1 day along with the cleanup. They respected your property. Everything was in perfect shape when they left like lawn, flower beds, etc. If you're in the market for roof repair/installation, look no further than Paragon Exteriors. Paragon replaced our extremely old and damaged roof. They brought a full crew that was extremely efficient and professional. They replaced damaged plywood and their cleanup was extraordinary! They finished the roof in 1 day. When they came back to do our gutters they took the time to pitch them correctly and offered better options than how the existing gutters were.

Paragon Exteriors replaced my old roof. They emailed me a week in advance to let me know when the workers would be there. Our service person, Jake, was very professional and helped pinpoint our leak issue on his first visit and then even did a temp patch until the full roofing job could be scheduled. He was very patient with all of our questions and responded within the first day of each email - sometimes within the same hour. The whole roof was shingled in less than a day and looks great!

The crew was competent, professional, and respectful of our plants & property. Paragon has a great variety of shingle colors and style options - we were also impressed with the price. Highly recommended!

Paragon replaced our roof and gutters just yesterday. Jake, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. We felt fairly priced as well and no down payment required. His crew was respectful of our property and efficient. Finished our complete tear off and replacement in under two days. Probably would have taken only one day if it had not started to rain.

Not only did they do a great job on our roof and gutters, they left our lawn looking better then when they arrived. They cleaned up so well! Jake was on sight to check in at the start on first day and stopped by again the second day. Be prepared-they are incredibly punctual and start at 7am! :

Paragon Exteriors did a fantastic job redoing our roof. They completed the tear off and installed the new roof in one day. Our sales man Randy Barkley replied to all of our questions in a timely manner and came out after the job was complete to see if we had any questions and inspected the installation. Our roof was completed on time, on budget and at a fantastic value (we had a quote for twice as much for the same materials).

Jake and the team at Paragon Exteriors were excellent! They were able to work with us to get our roof done extremely quickly (they even worked to get our roof done a few days ahead of our already fast schedule, when they had a day open up last minute). The team doing the roof were fast, skilled and very professional - it was amazing to watch them work!

I was extremely pleased with Jake (the owner) and his crew. From the prompt replies, fast quote and reasonable pricing to the quick turnaround and install, everything was what I hoped it would be. It is a large investment and I am glad we went with Paragon. They showed up on time and were able to complete my roof in one day which was incredible in my opinion.

The crew was respectful and worked very hard during the process. They hung around to clean up the property and were thorough in their clean up. Jake came out to do the final walk through the next day and everything looks great. We had several quotes and I met with three different companies. I felt most comfortable with Jake. There was very low pressure, he was honest about condition of the roof and the pricing was the lowest out of the quotes I received. Honestly, I would have went with Jake even if he was a little higher than the others because the reputation of Paragon and the way he runs his business.

He was very quick with responses to my questions, present when we needed him, and used high quality materials. If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend Paragon!

As we know who who he is, he is currently being investigated by the local sheriff for threats made against the business and is being pursued civilly for defamation towards the company. The above review has been turned over to the sheriff department and our attorney to pursue further action. This place is great. I was in a bad situation with another contractor and Randy with Paragon Exteriors stepped in and did an awesome job putting my roof and gutters project. Communication was great, and the quality of work was great as well. I'm very impressed and will be using them again for any other projects I may need in the future. Jake the owner was on site working hard and also was very helpful when I had questions for him as well. Great experience with Jake and his team. Had a residential roof and gutter replacement. Provided reputable, quality shingles along with great communication from start to finish. The team was able to get the roof and gutters done in a timely manner despite the ever-changing weather conditions of Wisconsin's spring (had 60s and sun one day, snow/sleet the next). Paragon provides some of the best products in the business as very competitive price levels. Jake gave a quick and accurate quote and was very responsive all the way through. Timing was complicated because of weather but I always knew what was going on. The guys worked really hard on the roof and results were great. They have higher credentials with the manufacturer than others which makes me more confident in the warranty and any future needs that may arise. We're very happy with the choice we made.

Paragon Exteriors did an outstanding job with my roof tear off and replacement. The roof looks great and installation and cleanup was superior. No large dumpster during terror off, but instead, a portable unit that was removed daily. Price was great and service excellent! Thank you!!!
