Tyler came recommended by our insurance company when we moved into a home that required a roof repair. Tyler's professionalism and transparency about what we needed to do to replace our roof was unmatched in comparison to other repair workers we had to deal with on other home projects. They were great to work with and had a 4-5 man crew come out and replace the roof in one day. Pinaire did a great job for us. They will shoot you straight and complete the job at a reasonable price. Would recommend!

Tyler from Pinaire roofing was amazing and professional. He took care of our roof leak safely and effectively. One of the nicest people I could have asked to help us during a time that was difficult. He was very understanding and cared greatly about the quality of his work.

Tyler made Pinaire an easy choice to complete the work at my home. He was very responsive, came out for a consultation the same week I called and was very thorough with the details of the job. He even put a temporary solution up until the job could be completed. I would definitely call him again.

I could not believe how helpful this group was. Corey brought me samples, they even had to out run the weather. I would not hesitate to recommend this business it was so much easier than i thought it would ever be. From start to finish they will even come and cover your roof and deal with the insurance company if needed, did not try to talk me into anything just listened and did a wonderful job. I would give 10 stars if I could! I had a leaking roof and my insurance home inspector and his roofing expert came out to assess my roof, but couldn't find a reason for the leakage. Concerned, I called Tyler for a second opinion. He promptly came the next day and figured out the issue and fixed it on the same visit. And the price was great! Much thanks to you and your crew! Will definitely use you again for all my roofing needs, and what other service that you may provide!

I noticed water stains on the ceiling in my home in two different areas and called a roofing company recommended to me by a friend. With impending rain in the forecast and no response from the company I reached out to, another friend suggested I give Pinaire Roofing a call. Tyler came to my home which was about a 45 minute drive from where he was, at the end of the day while trying to beat the rain that was heading our way.

He treated our leak situation with urgency as if it was his own leak in his own home. He fixed all of our issues that night as the sun was going down on him. He explained everything to us and showed me photos that he took while he was up there. He was so kind, courteous, and professional. I was truly blown away by the level of service he provided for us.

We will need a new roof in a few years and there is no doubt in our minds as to who we will call to replace it for us or who we will recommend to our neighbors, friends, and local family.

We had a great experience with Pinaire Roofing. Tyler was extremely professional and responsive. He helped solve our roofing problem in a quick time-frame and eased all of our worries. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone with roofing needs!

Mr. Pinaire provided a level of customer service is that hard to find today. I don't believe you can find a better a roofing company at any price. He communicated well, did what he said he would do and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. He's priced competitive and his crew did a great job installing our new roof and cleaning things up when they were finished. I have actually never posted a review before but felt like after my experience with Pinaire Roofing it was a must! My roof has been in need of repairs for a while. In this day and age it's hard to find someone honest and who really cares about the needs of their customer and taking care of them. Pinaire Roofing was a pure pleasure to deal with. Within 2 days my roof was repaired and hasn't leaked at all during all of this rain and the shingles were matched perfectly. I am so impressed by them that I am recommending to all of my friends as well as business associates. Thank you Stephen, you definitely stand out among the rest!

As new home owners we were referred to Pinaire Roofing after speaking with several other roofing companies when rain conditions caused moisture in our vaulted ceiling. Other roofers were not as sure about what the issues were and made recommendations that were not going to address the problem. Stephen was very knowledgeable and was able to very skillfully assess what needed to be done.

But more importantly, he was patient and educated us on roof issues so we understood what had happened and why. I used Pinaire Roofing twice with excellent results. The first time was to replace the commercial roof on our 122,000 sq ft warehouse. I also used them for my personal residence. Stephen and his crew were professional and efficient. Both times they came in on budget and before the estimated completion date. I would recommend Pinaire Roofing without hesitation.

In fact, materials were delivered on the day we signed the contract! They worked within our insurance claim's budget and we now have the nicest roof in the neighborhood! My roof took a serious beating from the Hurricane Harvey rain and things went from bad to worse inside my home, with my ceiling leaking and eventually ripping out. I called Pinaire Roofing and they were out the same day to asses the problem. They gave me a quote later that night and were able to fix the entire section of roofing days later. Steve and his team replaced the roof on our family's 117-year-old building in Springfield, TN. The quality of his work was top-notch, but it was the service that he brought to the relationship and the project that really set him apart from the competition. Given that I live thousands of miles away, it was comforting to know that we had engaged the services of someone with such a high degree of integrity.

Mere days after the project was completed, Springfield was caught in a storm of epic proportions. The new roof did its job marvelously forcing the precipitation to the drain pipes. Unfortunately, the drain pipes (which had not been replaced). were quickly overwhelmed and our tenants suffered water damage and flooding. Even though it wasn't his problem, Steve sent his crews out to assist with mitigation and cleanup late into the evening hours. Thank you Steve! You've set the bar high!

We had an excellent experience. We were referred to Stephen because we had a leak and were told that he was the best in leak detection. He did find our leak and repaired it immediately. Also, he called several times after the work was done to check and make sure we were pleased and the leaks were gone. Next time we have a roofing need we will definitely be calling back!
