Beautiful roof work, fast and efficient, showed up on time ready to work and did above and beyond what was needed to make my roof simply perfect. From Maria, Gaston, Jose, Luis, to Caesar everyone was professional and easy to work with. My experience with Premium Roof Services was unique and unexpectedly fantastic. We only went as far as the bidding step of the process and although it was not a good fit for our timing, the care and information I received was unprecedented. From the way they answered the phone, to how they conducted follow up, I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning.
My experience was different because even once they knew the timing of our project was not a good fit, Gaston reached out multiple times to educate, empower and encourage us as homeowners with the decision-making process. He went line by line on a competitor's bid to help us navigate potential pitfalls. That is uncommon and exceptional service. The desire to build relationship through trust is clearly a cornerstone of this company's commitment to care and service. Gaston embodies this commitment and for that we are very grateful.
If this is how they handle prospective customers, I can only imagine the level of service given to those fortunate enough to get on their schedule. I give my highest recommendation for Premium Roof Services.

I'm happy to say that my experience with Premium Roof Services, Inc. including the office staff and crew was great! Gaston was very helpful in planning the job and getting us the needed paperwork; Maria in the office kept me in the loop during the job; the demolition crew came, tore off the old roof, cleaned up and left in under 2 hours which was amazing IMO; Christian and the crew from Premium were efficient, courteous and very fast.
In addition, they were very careful to not disturb us any more than needed during the work and took care for the safety of our animals. They cleaned up beautifully each day before they left the site and at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Premium Roof Services to my family and friends.

I would just like to say that Premium Roof Services was a fantastic company to work with. Gaston explained everything to us in detail so we knew what we were getting and the cost. He went above and beyond to help us and answered all of our questions. I also worked with Tony and Tony Jr. and they were terrific to let me know if there was any extra costs for wood repairs and kept us informed if there was any other changes. it Maria, that works in the office was very pleasant and professional to make sure we were sent all paperwork for our records.
The work was done by Albertico and Siesa (I do hope I spelled their names correctly, as they were very professional and skilled at what they do) and I just would like to make sure that they get the best review. Peter/Jose and his crew did a great job replacing my old roof with a new one. They increased the pitch to allow venting and it looks amazing. Any questions/concerns I had were answered and addressed quickly. It's a great feeling to have now that I don't have to worry about my roof anymore. It's a big purchase and I was worried about going with the right company and afterwards I know I made the right choice. Quick and professional I would recommend them to anyone.

Great communication. Gaston was very helpful in getting all my questions answered in a timely manner. He provided me with lots of information thar helped me decide the best options for my home. The roof looks great! I appreciate their crew being professional from beginning to end of the work. I highly recommend this company, supervisor Jose and their crew. An Update: In December after first rain, there was water in back room so I called the company, Gaston responded immediately sending the crew to inspect the issue and found that out not to be a leak, but water running in through crack into the dryer exhaust. Highly recommend. Thanks for great service taken care of!

Loved working with this team. Gaston did our inspection, he explained the structure of the roof to me very clearly. He was very responsive and professional.
