Their work exceeded their reasonable price - this is our 3rd roof since we moved into the house in 1973. We are in what is considered to be the snow belt and have had numerous leaks every year we have lived here with the exception of this year, which I am certain will prove to be the absolute worst winter in recorded history.
What are flashings? Flashing is a general term used to describe some kind of water proofing on critical areas of your roof. Flashing can be aluminum (for chimneys, valleys & pipes) or flashing cements such as caulking & tar. Also self stick under-lament can be called "flashing" as well as Ice guard, ice & water shield and roofing tape.
Thanks for taking time out of your day to caulk the flanges at my house in Strongsville. It's frustrating to see poor customer service exhibited by most companies but your service level is unmatched. Mike was here with his crew where he said he was going to be. Was very courteous and was honest with me and did the job in the time he said would be done.
