Sid from Professional Roofing came out and gave us a quote. He was on time and the quote was accurate. Their crew came out on the dates and times that we had previously agreed upon. Their communication was fantastic! They kept us informed during the whole process. The crew worked extremely hard and did a phenomenal job. When the job was complete, Jace came out and inspected the roof and made sure that it was up the company's high standards, as well as ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the job. I am disappointed to say the least. Waited 14 weeks for my roof. When they finally came they started doing the house 50 yards up the street instead of mine! Did not confirm address or owner or even name they had on the contract for the last 3 and a half months. Total fiasco. My neighbor's roof got torn off before they realized they were on the wrong house.

They started on my roof at 3PM instead of the 630AM that they were supposed to with a totally different crew because the original crew was stuck fixing the disaster they just created. The crew on my house was unprofessional, in a complete hurry ( because rain was forecasted in a day and a half and they were 9 hours behind even starting my roof), and completely destroyed a lot of my landscaping- even though I had voiced my concerns about them ruining it before and during their work!

And I asked multiple times for them to be careful! They also dug deep grooves into my back porch concrete somehow! I have asked for compensation and for them to fix what they have done and especially fix my back porch concrete. The owner does not respond half the time and when he finally does flat out refuses to fix what his company has destroyed.

In fact he gets testy about any of it, angry, and talks about "go ahead and get a lawyer and let's go to court". Extremely disappointing. I am in the middle of this right now. I am quite sure he will write something in response to this to attempt to down play and redirect but the outstanding fact of the matter is you Can NOT as a Roofing company come to a house and destroy and ruin property and refuse to fix it and make things right.

It doesn't matter how many "years we've been in business "- this whole fiasco has been unreal. I have never in my entire life written a review - On anybody or any company or anything- but I felt compelled to write this as I find the whole thing unbelievable and egregious that this owner is not actually jumping at a chance to make the customer satisfied and fix the what they have destroyed after the ridiculous disaster this has been.

It was a pleasure dealing with Eric and his son Jace. They were very professional, and did an outstanding job installing our new roof. I would highly recommended them as we are completely satisfied. Job well done! 5 stars! Service: Roof installation

Professional Roofing is a great roofing company to use in Northwest Florida, The workers showed up on time spread tarps all the way around the house to catch anything that fell on the ground, had the 2000 sq. roof off in about 3 hours, had the bad wood replaced in a couple of hours, and the new roof on before dark, new shingles look great. Couple of the workers cleaned the yard better than it was when they arrived.

The roof that was on the house was done after a hurricane by a out of town company and had been giving us problems. Jase took the time to show me what the problems were and the fix. Overall a great experience, I should not need a roof for a many years, but if I do I know where I am going, I was a Industrial Maintenance Supervisor 35 years before I retired and know how a construction job should go, GREAT JOB. Jace Howell got back to me right away, got me a better price than the other 2 companies I received quotes from and had his crew knock out my new roof in a day and a half! His crew did a great job and we can't thank Professional Roofing enough fo taking care of us! Highly Recommend!

Roof was done in two days and looks great! No leaks. Price was very affordable! Guys cleaned up after themselves and you never knew they were there at the end of both days. Really loving this roof a lot

Eric, the owner, went above and beyond to help us get our roof replaced in a timely manner. We appreciate not having to worry about a leaking, sagging ceiling anymore. They only took two days to remove/replace rotted decking, a layer of shingles, a metal roof and replace it with high quality shingles. Their workers were fast and efficient. Only a couple of minor problems that Jace addressed in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend this company. UPDATE The roofers did some damage to one area of our gutters. Water now sits there and drips out. Some cover guard is missing a the rest is messed up. I called to ask them to come out and correct this problem. Waiting to see if they will fix it.

I have worked for Professional over the last four years. Dan Cupit has great integrity and I wouldn't want to work for any other roofing contractor. I have worked for many contractors but none can compste to Dan Cupit and the PR team. They are passionate about roofing and exterior projects and moreso about tsking csre if tbe clients. PR values. their business and loyalty. Dan goes to bat for his clients and is a hands-on owner in addressing issues from insurance claim negotiations to site visits.

From residential to commercial work and all structures in-between, there isn't a job that PR can't do and do well. I have personally seen the substandard work done by many other contractors. Once I came to work for PR, the bar was set high. There is nothing more important than the roof that protects everybody and everything in your home. Don't trust just anybody. Dan's credentials speak for themselves. I am proud to be associated with PR. PR is a rare find; caring sincerely for its clients and employees.

Dan Cupit came and inspected my roof after a major exterior construction project which extended the roof on most sides of the house. He found the work done was good. I was so relieved. Thanks for being honest and ethical!

After a hail storm last summer, Dan inspected our roof, and determined that a new roof was not necessary. Love the honesty.

This company sucks, they are dishonest and pray on hard working people. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL AND WANT 20% OF EVERYTHING. You can't get the manager or anyone except a receptionist on the phone.

My parents used this company to replace the roof after hail damage. They signed a contract on 7/29/16 then gave them a deposit on 9/13/16. They were told that they would be out on 11/9/16 to do the job, my father then called Solar City to have the solar panels taken off and he took the gutters off himself. They never showed up. The just got the. job done in 1/2017.

The estimate has just ROOF checked on the front of the contract and the final bill has that they want 20% of what State Farm paid to get the gutters, paint on house, redo deck, and redo of the fence. My father did all the other work and had to prove to insurance that he completed these jobs. MY FATHER IS A RETIRED DISABLED.

Very poorly operated, not "professional" at all. Took 9 months to complete work, kept not finishing work, or doing it poorly. Wanted to charge more money for mistakes they made. Was told after they halfway finished the job that there would be no warranties.
