Got to tell you how happy I was dealing with Mulligan. Thorough evaluation and estimate, professional suggestions and fast written estimates. The office staff was responsive to all my questions and worked with my schedule to have my new roof done at a time that was very helpful to me. Catie was super knowledgeable and helpful. The team arrived on schedule at the appropriate time and they work like a well practiced orchestra. Luis the owner was on the job supervising and answering any questions I had.

The installers were very efficient impeccably clean and amazingly professional. They exuded pride in their craft. And the job foreman was exceptionally knowledgeable. They completed the job in one day as promised including a complete protection of the house from any debris, protecting the windows from any possible damage, and a complete cleanup at the end of the job.

Their estimate was competitive, the work was professional, and the materials and prep work we're done as promised. I couldn't be more satisfied, very happy that I chose Mulligan.

Needed a new roof on my house after 30 years and really was unsure what company to go with. Thrilled that I contacted R W Mulligan! The entire process was handled professionally. I set up appointment through Catie and Tom came out and walked me through what the job would entail. I got a detailed written estimate on every aspect of what was to be done.

Good price. We scheduled appointment and the day of the job Luis, Damien and entire crew were terrific in getting the entire project done to perfection just as had been outlined in estimate. Don't hesitate!

Can't speak for quality of the actual work or price as it wasn't my house. They showed up at my neighbor's at 7:30am right outside my bedroom window and started throwing large sheets of metal around. They set up the gutter brake in front of my house and put their garbage can and a couple tools in my garden ON TOP OF my plants. After they left I went out to check for damage and found numerous metal shards and shavings in my grass (where my daughter walks barefoot). I also picked up 3 metal screws along the side of the road in front of my house along with various bits of tar paper. Totally unprofessiona.

From the first call to request an estimate, to watching the trucks pull out of the driveway at the end of the job, the whole project was executed flawlessly. Even though RW Mulligan came highly recommended, we were truly impressed with how our house roof replacement was performed. We recently used the services of R W Mulligan for reroofing and gutter installation. The entire process was smooth and without any stress. Tom who did the estimate was friendly, answered all questions with no pressure to use their company. The written estimate was extremely detailed and cost was fair. The office staff through the process were just great. Gisela and Catie are friendly, upbeat, have a lot of patience and return emails and calls within hours.

The foreman Luise is polite, friendly and easy to work with. The workers were efficient and the job was completed in one day. As for the cleanup it was hard to tell they were even there. Found one stray nail on the deck but otherwise they left the property immaculate. the roof itself is beautiful. Great job done by all.

I highly recommend RW Mulligan. Working with them was a pleasure. We recently moved into a home that had 2 small 2nd floor balcony patios. Turns out both were leaking through roof overhang below. In order to get the job done correctly RW Mulligan had to remove old flat roof, sub-floor, damaged trim, and doors. The doors were then re-flashed, raised and put back in. RW installed new drain (that works), new sub-floor, replaced all trim and moldings.

The roofers/carpenters did a great job and all water drains properly. RW Mulligan's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Emails included pictures and all decisions were discussed and explained prior to any work being completed. If I ever need any more roof work RW Mulligan will be the only company I will call! Brian R. I had RW Mulligan put a roof on my house 10 years ago. They assured me I did not need a flat roof on part of my house, the pitch was fine. It's been leaking just about the entire time since. At first I attributed it to the shoddy job the day laborers he hires did putting in the skylights. After making various adjustments to the skylights, the flashing, and the asphalt jammed up against the dormers, I've had one consistent comment: why did you put this type of roof on.

You need a flat roof. So after spending $14,000 10 years ago to replace my entire roof I am spending another $7,000 to replace the roof I told RW's foreman 10 years ago was the WRONG FREAKING ROOF for this pitch.

Much higher price quote but selected him because he could start the job "in 3 weeks". Gave us the run around for 2 months then HE decided we should find another roofer. And told us that this was a waste of HIS time. He obviously cherry-picks jobs. Very unprofessional as i was warned by other customers. I should have listened.

Tom Mulligan Stole my money! He quoted a job for me and cashed my deposit check and refuses to perform the work or send my money back. This guy is a crook. Can't give zero stars and post. Deserves zero. Thief!
