Jake and Mike were very helpful with everything we needed it to get our roof done since the beginning of our project. Their crew came on time and did everything stated in the contract. We could see every step being done in our roof with their live timeline website provided by them and they cleaned everything after they finished. My roof was over 35 years old and in absolute terrible disrepair. Joe came over for our estimate, and he was so kind, not judgemental at all, and spoke to us with the utmost respect and sincerity. They were our only estimate, as the price was within the range we expected, and their financing package was very manageable. On installation day, Henry and his crew were early, and started work immediately.

No wasting time at all. When they ran into a problem with our chimney and fascia boards, Henry came and explained the damage, and we received a call from Mike explaining our options. Mike laid out all the options, and helped us come to the best one both cosmetically and financially. All the guys on the crew were so kind to my mother and I. When I had to leave to get to work, one of the guys helped me out of the house to make sure I didn't get hurt by any of the debris.

They went the extra mile for sure. Before the project, Liz swung by and dropped off a cute box filled with coffee mugs and other treats as a thank you for using them. It was a very nice touch, and the coffee in the box was delicious. Overall, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Rapid Restore and their team. They took a very stressful situation for our family and made it so easy.

THE VERY BEST! Word can not express how happy we are with Rapid Restore Roofing. We called so many roofing companies and some were so overpriced and impersonal. It was very different with Rapid Restore Roofing. When I called the first time to get a quote the young lady who answered the phone immediately caught my attention by how kind she was. After speaking to her I knew we were choosing a great company.

She even followed up a few days later to see how the process had gone and if we were happy with the service. Joe came to the house and not only gave us a quote but explained the entire process, showed us videos and gave us a great price on the roof! When they came to repair the roof Heni kept us in the loop by uploading pictures and calling us throughout the day to update us on the status.

He even did a walk through with us after the roof was completed. A gorgeous new roof in only one day! We went to work and when we came back we had a gorgeous new roof, new gutters, a secure chimney, and they even repaired and extended the gutter drains to prevent damage to the house. This review is so long but words cannot express how happy we are to have called them. From start to finish extremely professional and the most wonderful people I have ever worked with! Mike is a genuine and honest person. He was highly recommended to me as I was looking for a second opinion. I called him when another company told me I needed a very expensive roof and it was time sensitive. Mike came over right away to look at my roof (actually within the hour). To my surprise, he told me I didn't actually need a roof (or at least not right away).

And sent me pictures of what my roof looked like. When have you ever had a contractor tell you that you didn't need work done. He did say I should look into it in a year or so and gave me a very reasonable quote, almost 1/3 of the price the first company gave. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and not just trying to make money when it was not imperative that I did the work right away.

My wife and I have been dreading getting our roof replaced, but we knew it had to be done. We had several people refer Rapid Restore to us, so we gave them a shot.boy are we glad we did. Not only was their price the best but they treated us the best as well. From the salesman, to the guys in the office, to the foreman on duty the day of our appointment, they were all very professional and accommodating.

They even hung a couple of flowerpot holders we had in the back that my wife had been wanting to get up. Not something they had to do but they did it for us anyway. I would recommend if you are in need of a new roof.

From start to finish Joe and his team were unbelievable! Prompt response time and so patient and helpful with all of our questions. Our roof was damaged in a storm and even before we signed a contract Joe was nice enough to get on my roof and tarp up the space that was leaking since more rain was expected. A recent roofing job. From the first meeting with Jake we were happy with explanation of what he could do for us and how the project would be done. The materials that would be used and how it solve our problem. He helped us maneuver through the financial end and we were all set. The day of the work everyone showed up at 7:30 a.m. The project manager, Angel, introduced himself and they immediately surveyed the situation and set up protection tarps.

Very quickly off came the old roof, and wood planks were being pulled up. Through each process, Angel would be up on the roof inspecting for any occurring problems to be solved. All of the workers seemed to know exactly what to do to keep the job flowing. Before we knew it new wood was put down and the roofing was started. Like a well oiled machine, each worker did their job, and before we knew it the job was completed and inspected by Angel.

They cleaned up everything including looking for lost nails on the ground. Very Happy and Impressed. Next came the gutter installers. they worked very cleanly and exacting, and very happy with them also. Angel gave his final inspection, picked up a few nails, and reminded me of the company's guarantee and should any problem occur to call them immediately, and they would have someone come back immediately.

The professionalism everyone display was the best we've ever dealt with regarding home improvement projects. Their work ethics shows from the top down. We met Jake in early April, he fit us in his busy schedule and it took him under 30 minutes to look over the scope of work for a new roof. We received a proposal from Joe within a week and Jake kept in touch with scheduling the date of the project.

The new roof install was scheduled for May 13th, Angel (Project Manager) called the day before and went over details and answered any questions we had. Angel and crew showed up the next day on time and started the tear down of the old roof and installation of the new roof. Angel was available to address all and any concerns we had. There were a ton of debris that end up in the attic and Angel took it upon himself after his crew left to clear away all the debris in the attic. Service was AMAZING! Cleanup was thorough and everyone was kind and courteous. We had a small issue in that a small piece of our old roof came through a wall in our living room. Angel investigated, repaired the wall, and color matched the paint. The wall looks great and the roof looks amazing. Planning to use them again to redo the siding, too. Highly recommend.

They replaced my roof in Mt Sinai recently and they were great! The owners were on site the entire time, they had great pricing and the clean up was immaculate!
