We've used RDK in the past for a couple of small repairs and they seemed very reliable. When it was time for a new roof we got a number of quotes and selected RDK. Their price was competitive, the sales people were professional with no hype or hidden extras and they were organized. They showed up when they said they would, the crew did a great job with no damage to gutters, lawn or flowers. They completed the job as scheduled and left everything as if they were never there. We would definitely recommend RDK.

Too busy to help. When my gutters started pulling away from my house in the back I called Kleinschmidt to see if they could repair it. They scheduled someone to come out 10 days later to do the repair and give me an estimate on leaf guards. That was longer than I wanted to wait, but what can you do? 10 days passed and they sent a salesman out who was in no way willing or able to do the repair.
He took measurements and left. Maybe they'd do the repair in 8 weeks, I was told. Thanks for nothing. Time to find a company that hasn't gotten too busy to help new customers and wont lie to me about what they're going to do when.

The R. D. Kleinschmidt team is fabulous! From the purchase to installation they are top rate. Our new roof was meticulously done and the clean up was the best I have ever seen. The installation team seemed like family and all got along and worked as a team. It truly was a pleasure to have their expert skills at work on our home. We were so impressed we added on gutter installation. 5+ stars for certain.

Office staff was very nice and very prompt at scheduling. Installers were on time showed up no problem. they got the gutters off and ran into some problems but they didn't run away from the project which we really appreciated. The entire staff/crew was very helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent work ethic was displayed by the entire crew, plus the job was completed in one day including all clean up and disposal of old roofing materials. Third roof job from Kleinschmidt. Very happy again and always reasonable pricing in my experience. I had non-roofing related chimney seepage and they came out several times long after the job was done and helped me pinpoint the issue and stop it. They have done two rain gutter jobs for me too.
