Shout out to Resilient Roofing and Jack & Jon. My wife and I just purchased a home in Bonsall and wanted to get a second opinion on the condition of the roof. The team came out, did a full inspection and walked us through how the roof was built and what to look for going forward. Bottom line recommendation at this time: don't do a thing, the roof is in great shape. Thank you for your integrity and honesty RR!

I would highly recommend Resilient Roofing. The men were very thorough throughout the whole process. From the beginning they made sure we understood each step of the process. The office ladies were also extremely helpful when answering questions or concerns. I can honest say the whole experience from start to finish went really well. Am writing this review for my dad who contacted this company. My dad was amazed at how quick the gentleman from this company responded to his request to repair a section of our roof-- strong wind pulled up some metal piece on our roof which caused it to stand up vertically. Once the contractor came out to do an assessment of the roof, he told my dad that it was going to be a very simple fix.

He left all his belongings at our house and headed to a hardware store. Within hours he came back and had our roof repaired. The most generous thing was that he insisted on not charging my dad as he states it was an easy fix. After countless attempts to pay the gentleman, he left without payment. Besides being extremely generous (which this should not be expected) he was extremely knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and respectful of his clients time. This company will definitely be added to our small collection of contractors we trust and will work with indefinitely.

I could never say enough about Resilient Roofing to equal the fantastic customer service to the actual installation. From the very beginning the representative who first came to my house and explained everything in great detail showed me my roof via a drone. I then was in contact with our Reyna Valdez. Dealing with my HOA was a little bit of a struggle and Reyna Was not only on top of the situation but she called me often kept me updated she would always return my phone calls return to emails very promptly she's the one who kept me sane through all of this. Arturo Also was amazing he would come during the project and check on things and really helped me understand what was being done. The crew always prompt always cleaned up after themselves I would definitely say if I had another roof to do this is the company that I would go

Had rain gutters installed and I am very pleased with the whole experience. From the inquiry to the finished product the process was effortless. Communication with the office was professional and courteous with a cheerful attitude. Installers were professional and courteous answering all my questions and always cleaning up at the end of the day in preparation for the next day. My project was a whole house with an RV garage and gazebo so it took a few days. Very pleased and would highly recommend for your rain gutter needs!

This is your roofing company. We started our search and found there are so many roofers out there wanting to just sell you their services. Save time and have Resilient Roofing come meet with you. We had my Mom's roof replaced and found Resilient to be just fantastic to work with from meeting with the company representative to give us a quote through the project completion.

I was very impressed with Resilient Roofing! The salesperson Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. Eric provided a bid for our roof repair within an hour of our meeting. Eric also answered all of our questions promptly. I was very impressed with Ashley. She called and emailed me from the time we received the bid to signing the contract through the completion of the project. Ashley kept me informed as to the specific schedule (including any delays), checked in with me at the end of each day during the actual work at our home.

She answered all of our questions in a knowledgeable manner. Ashley was wonderful to work with! I was also impressed with Ric and Scott. They were very professional and showed respect to our property by cleaning up at the end if each day. They worked very long hours and were very conscientious! We are very pleased with the work Scott did on our roof. At the end of the project we had a few questions regarding a few finishes. Scott came out and fixed our concerns. I'm very pleased with my new roof! Everyone at Resilient Roofing was thoroughly professional from the company president who visited the site and prepared the proposal, the skilled roofers who did the work and office staff who were in frequent contact throughout the job. All work was done on time and within budget. Online payment was a breeze. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Staff was responsive and accommodative to any special request.
