After receiving 3 estimates, we chose Rogers Roofing largely because of a good experience with the salesman, Sean. He was very thorough, explained all of the product choices and helped us choose colors. The specifications of the job were well documented in the contract we received. Although there were a few issues that came up during the process, all were corrected to our satisfaction.

Our project included a new roof with a tearoff, siding replacement and new gutters installed. Our property was left in excellent condition. The work was supervised during the process and inspected after completion. Rogers Roofing is an excellent company to work with; they stand behind their work and make customer satisfaction a priority.

Rogers installed custom siding and gutters on our house and did a fantastic job. We were able to pick a custom paint color, with contrasting trim. They were a pleasure to work with despite weather and other challenges with scheduling. Thrilled with the results! Service: Gutter installation

My roof was 22 yrs old, beat up by old age and recent hail and wind damage. I had an opportunity to interview several local roofers, within a wide range of pricing. I also live in a community where many neighbors have already had their roofs replaced. Several of these neighbors have had serious and drawn out problems with their roofers and satisfaction with their results.

I chose Rogers because a nearby neighbor used them with excellent results, a fair price, and none of the problems other neighbors have had. I experienced the same. Excellent salesperson who answered all my questions and available throughout the process. My roofers were excellent, very professional, friendly, great communication and did a good job with a great clean up.

They even went next door to ask permission to clean up their adjoining courtyard area. This blew my neighbor away because he had to call his roofers back several times to clean up and manage other problems with their roof job. The office and scheduling staff were responsive and answered my calls promptly. Rogers even does a complimentary inspection after you have had your job awhile to see if any problems have emerged.! Timing had to be flexible. Roofers are very busy and you have to be prepared to be worked in. It can be disappointing sometimes, but the job gets done right and the Rogers crew is worth waiting for.

Of the work is the best! They are very professional and skilled. I always choose Rogers Roofing because I can trust that the job will be done right. Couldn't be happier with the roofing job! Initial contact with Mike was flawless. He made a "walk around" first. Then came in and explained all aspects of the job and materials and prices. Because of a horrendous snow storm, we had to wait a bit but soon the job was underway. The installers were excellent! They stripped repaired and installed in two days amid freezing temperatures.

The clean up was very thorough and quick. Sometime later John arrived to evaluate the job and asked if we had questions. All we could think to say was how pleased we were. Both John and Mike were top rate and the installers also. ROGERS YOU ROCK!

The folks at Rogers Roofing are friendly and easy to work with while still being experts in their field. My roof and covered gutters were installed quickly and perfectly. The day after installation was completed we had a terrible, windy rainstorm, and I went outside to watch the rain flow perfectly out of the new downspouts. My new roof is beautiful, the recommended shingles look great on my house. Their clean-up after installation was as perfect as could be. Not satisfied at all. Horrible customer service. Leave customer hanging for weeks without return calls. Simple repair job overinflated and they are out to get your cash. Found a reliable company whose quote was half the price of Rogers and was promptly addressed by new company whereas Rogers failed to address a simple request. Do not trust them and trust me they'll leave you hanging for weeks on end after you find a problem with something that needs repair. Their contracts are highly inflated compared to local competition. They will definitely try to take advantage of your wallet!

Rogers Roofing did an excellent job communicating install timing because of all the rain we had. Once they started, it was done in a timely matter. The installers were very diligent and cleaned up well. The only thing is the crain sunk the grass in front of the house but John said they would be in contact with the company the contracted to hall old roofing debris but because of winter, they would probably come out in the spring.

The sales representative was professional and informative. The roofers were fast, polite, professional and accommodating. And the quality control person was funny, helpful, and answered all our questions. He even went on the roof to take pictures of the roof to ease our minds. All of our experiences with Rogers Roofing were positive and our roof looks amazing

Rogers installed new roofs on 22 buildings in our condominium community. I was a resident contact person. They kept us updated on project on regular basis, responded to our requests. Jordan Polito came to our home to give a estimate on our roof, where we have been having ice damming issues. We have had 8 other companies come out and each and everyone one of them gave different reasons. NONE OF them explained why we were having the problems, they just wanted to charge us for fixing the roof, which wouldn't of fixed the ice damming issues. So I want to say THANK YOU Jordan for being so honest.

Roger's Roofing did an outstanding job installing my new roof last year, and replacing siding this year. I found Steve Paniagua, my sales rep, extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't feel rushed while I selected the options. He also gave me a break-down of costs for my siding and window wrap repair work. The onsite teams for the roof and the siding were excellent as well, and always available to answer any questions.

We heard from word of mouth about Rogers Roofing and end to end we enjoyed a highly professional experience. They presented us with high quality materials to choose from, and did not give give us any hard sell on choosing. It was a seamless experience with a great salesman to start the process to a very pleasant quality check on the project (an in-person visit where we could have voiced issues had we needed them).

In between excellent work crews came and worked with lightning speed and remarkable cohesion leaving no mess, only the delight of a job well done. Would highly recommend this contractor!

Rogers Roofing did a fantastic job. from a thorough, professional and educational sales presentation to working with Ryan to schedule our roof installation. Our new roof was done in one day, fast, efficient and cleaned up! The metal team installed the fascia, downspouts and gutters. Due to rain they needed three days to finish the job but they were an enjoyable team to have around. Rogers even sent a quality checker out to my house to discuss my impressions of their work and he got up on the roof to inspect the work. I could not be more pleased. If I ever need another roof job, Rogers will be doing it!

I can surely give them a 5 out of 5 rating based on their commitment to their customers. My original roof was installed by Rogers and this winter i had some racoon damage done. Rogers sent out someone to check damage and were their to fix my roof shingles shortly after. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

I had our front roof replaced, new gutters done and some windows replaced. They did good work but have yet to fix a some issues that were brought up, even after numerous calls. I can't open my screen door without it getting caught on my new gutter, which has now scratched it up and was not an issue before. They had to raise the gutter a bit but. they didn't make sure the siding was the way it was before, so now I have the wood exposed and it doesn't look good. Finally, I can't close one of the new windows.

It takes two people and some muscle to get it shut and it's to the point that I'm hesitant to open a brand new window. Again, I've given them several opportunities to resolve these issues and their response is now silence. I took down their yard sign because with this lack of customer service, I'm not sure how they were voted best in the region three years in a row. I'm pretty disappointed, especially because I wanted to support a local business.

Rogers Roofing did a GREAT job replacing our old roof. Their staff are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. We LOVE our new roof and we are very confident that our house will never have a roof leak no more!

I needed work done on my mother's roof! They gave her an estimate, she paid them, signed the contract. They didn't even start on it till 3 months later. Which was supposed to be started 2 weeks after contract was signed. They told her it may cost $300-$400 more but instead they charged her another $1,200 after she paid them what they asked for and signed contract.

I was furious. My mother is 60 years old, on disability, and they took advantage of her. She paid them $1,200 more than what was stated in the contract! Now the work they did was half ass and from the inside of her home there is exposed wood with nails sticking out, and on the outside there are shingles cracked and her roof still leaks! She spent a total of $5,200 and still needs all the work done! I'm so frustrated and furious with these assholes!

They really screwed her and now with all the snow we have her roof is worse now than it was before! It was only leaking in 1 spot now it's leaking from 4 different places on her roof and that's the part they worked on! These people are lucky I wasn't in town when they finished! I can't believe they screwed an elderly disabled woman. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THEM! THEY HAVE 2 1/2 STAR RATING AND HAVE SCREWED MANY PEOPLE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND FRUSTRATION AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE.

They have been caring for our roof since the mid 60's and always do a great job at a reasonable price. Customer Support is stellar

They put new siding over my cedar siding. Ed was my salesman and was great with educating me to why or why not do things. Only issue I had was I had to call office every few weeks to find out when the job would start, Ed never got back to me on what was the cost of a door that was replaced until the bill came (thank God it didn't cost lot). Then I called Ed as I had questions on why 4 out 5 corners looked different and waited 3 weeks for no follow up so then called the office and within 2 days the foreman was out. Tony explained why which was great. Would of given 5 but because I feel the communication was off that is why 4.

Trying to find a roofing company that would repair one canopy was exhausting. It either wasn't a big enough job for some roofing companies (in Chicago specifically) or companies didn't do this kind of work (only awning). After more than a month and contacting at least 30 companies, I'd grown exhausted but knew this repair was an absolute necessity.

It didn't occur to me to try a nearby state, but I saw Rogers Roofing and figured "What the heck? All they can do is say no." Ed Rogers was really nice when he came out to see the place, explained the process of getting it done, and I was all set to see it come to fruition. There were a couple of complications (one canceled date without letting me know until I called the night before -and- not informing me that the canopy color would be white instead of beige).

But the guys who came out worked SO quickly, SO quietly, cleaned up as much as possible and were friendly. They were done so fast (five hours for an entirely new canopy) that I just happened to catch them outside. Even though they had to wait almost an hour for a part, they still got it done, and it looks great. I don't know who is who, but one of them looked to be either Puerto Rican or Black, maybe late 30s, tatts.

And that guy gave me a play-by-play of what all that needed to be done. The other two (white guys, long hair, maybe early 30s) were quieter but friendly nonetheless. I would recommend their work to anyone who needs it. I was really concerned about rotted wood underneath. Luckily we did not have that. The first guy patiently explained all the repairs that were needed and completed.

I respected that quite a bit. (I recently ran into a male contractor who told me, "Don't worry about it. Let the pros handle it" and didn't want to answer one question), which is why I'm giving them a five-star review. The couple cons I had would've normally been four stars, but the owner even offered to fix the color if we chose to. (I asked a neighbor who couldn't tell the difference.

But when you've been staring at a canopy trying to get it fixed for two months, EVERYTHING is a big deal.) Between the VP's final response and the workers who came out, I'm giving them five stars anyway. As far as I'm concerned, as long as it works as nicely as it looks, I'm comfortable with the job.

Scott was at my home October 28th. Needed estimate on bow window repair and a price on new window. He seemed so nice and honest. Scott said had to take a picture of the window to show his boss so they can see how much flashing I needed. Because it was later in the afternoon I told him no hurry. You see I'm a nice person, I didn't want him to feel rushed to have to show picture to his boss that day. 4 days later I called Scott at the phone number he told me it would be better to reach him at.

He said he would have something for me by the end of the day. Nothing. On November 7th I called the office spoke to a lady who answered the phone. Told her the situation. She said they were very busy and she would see if Scott was in. Scott came to the phone, said he could drop off estimate at 3:00. Explained I would not be home but he could leave it in mailbox.

Then nice person that I am said tomorrow would be fine too. Just leave in mailbox. Nothing. Let me ask you something, what gives you the right to lie to a potential customer. What gives you the right not to show a potential customer any decency by giving them a call and saying you cant make it. We're you brought up with no manners? Raised in barn? You lie and for no reason. If you didn't want the job you just had to say just that. Signed No longer nice.

Roofing went well. Had a leaky gutter after installation had to have them come back twice to repair the mistake done by a trainee. Discovered another problem called twice said they would take care of it and no one has come out. Called a third time and said they would get back in a few days, never happened. So far customer service has been bad. Feel like I'm getting blown off.

I chose them because they offered a warranty and paid more in the process, boy was I wrong. Had another project but will take my business elsewhere. Will update if they choose to send someone out and fix the problem. As of 10/22/19 no one has called or has come out.

I'm with a condo association in Oak Lawn. Rogers Roofing in Hammond did some roof repair work for us. Ed came out to inspect the roof. He didn't limit the inspection to just the area of the roof leak. He inspected the whole roof and found some additional minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. He came back 2 days later with an excellent proposal presentation that he offered to the entire Board, and well as any interested owners.

He came with many pictures and was very thorough explaining what needed to be done. This was far more than the other 2 companies we called had done for us. And in the end, Rogers presented us with the best bid. When the work was scheduled the crew showed up right on time. They seemed very efficient and professional. No one would have known we had a partial roof replacement based on the spotless clean-up when they finished.

I found everyone I dealt with to be friendly and professional, and always right on time, as promised/scheduled. And best of all--no more leaks! Thanks, Rogers Roofing in Hammond.

Worst customer service. They arrived at my house 2 days in a row, and I had no idea they were coming. No clue I was even getting a new roof (I rent). They came at 7:30 each morning and there were so many of them it sounded like there was a dance troupe having rehearsal up there. I work nights. So I haven't slept. They are up there as we speak, screaming, yelling, and laughing.

Very inconsiderate. They are also shaking my house so bad that multiple things have fallen off the walls and broken. They also left a huge mess in my yard, and didn't clean up a thing.

Great service, great staff, great products, great salesman Scott and fantatic office mamager, Terry. The prices were great and best of all was the 50yrs non prorated, transferable warranty. They gave me a sample of the underlayment which was not the typical 15 or 30lb paper, which I could easily tear. The Certainteed underlayment was too durable to tear. My roof looks great

I guess it depends on who u get. But my inspection was 2 weeks ago anf no word from guy who checked my roof. He seemed unsure when i talked to him on phone. I don't know what's going on. I need a new roof, i don't know what the hold up is? Very unprofessional business. I'll take my money somewhere else. Feeling dissapointed

My husband called Rogers Roofing to set up an estimate for repair on our flat roof. Rogers Roofing was able to come up quickly and assess the repairs. The gentleman who came for the estimate let us know he would get us a formal estimate in the next few days. Over a week later, my husband called Rogers to get the estimate since we still haven't received it and was told they would contact the gentleman who came out to our home and get back to us in 24 hours.

We still never heard back from Rogers Roofing on an estimate 2 days later. Disappointed that Rogers couldn't deliver a formal quote in a timely, professional manner and it was a waste of time to arrange our schedules to be home in the middle of the day for someone to come look at our roof.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that Rogers Roofing showed. From start to finish I was treated with respect and care that all my concerns were addressed. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. All debris was picked up and the work was done exactly to my specifications. The new roof blends in exactly with the rest of the roof. Thank you Rogers Roofing! Anyone looking for any sort of roof repair or replacement will not find a better provider than Rogers Roofing!

Great experience -- they came when they said they would, installed a new skylight and fixed my roof within a couple hours, and left my house clean. Couldn't ask for more!
