Nick and his crew were on time and very fast. All of the workers were friendly and cleaned up there work area. And they hand nailed all of the shingles. I couldn't have made a better decision. I had Ron's Ron's roofing repair my old flat roof. I looked at it from 2 different angles and what I like the most is it truly looks like it was done correctly. In a timely manner. Cost efficient and the lady in the office is just as great as well. I would definitely recommend and will be hiring for more work

We hired Ron's to put a new roof on a house we just bought. They were fast and installed it quickly and it looked great. Fast forward to the next winter/spring and the new skylights they installed are leaking. It took them weeks to come out and they told us it was "condensation" from inside the house. The next year the same thing happened. Now, the skylights leak any time it rains, snow melts, etc.

So now, to get them to come out and fix what is still under warranty? Suddenly, their willingness to do business has changed. 4 months later, we are still waiting to hear from them to tell us when they can fit us into their schedule to fix work that should be covered under warrantee/guarantee. We keep getting told we are "on the list" every time we call.

Oh yeah, they are fast and professional when it comes to initially taking your money, but they are unresponsive and avoiding when it comes to time for them to fix their sloppy work.

I asked Ron's to come out 4-5 years ago to look at our roof. Checking it out, he said we had about 5 years left, so if there were no leaks, don't worry about it at the time. Fast forward to this year, we felt it was time to have it done. Tim came out and looked it over and took some pictures. 1 or 2 days later we had the quote. After we accepted the quote, they called and said they could start the following week. Nick came out on Sunday afternoon to ask where I wanted the dumpster.

He placed plywood sheets for the dumpster to set on and said they would start Tuesday morning. We had a pretty large job. House and storage barn. Nick and 6 others showed up between 8 and 8:30 and got right to work. They finished the house on Friday and did the barn on Saturday. Everyday they cleaned up and organized their tools and supplies for the next day.

Very impressed with their work and work ethic About a week after completion, we had some very heavy rain. I heard a drip, drip, drip in the chimney area. I called Ron's and Nick was here within an hour. He examined the chimney on the roof and double checked it in the attic. A seal on the chimney, not connected to the roofing, had split on the chimney during the roofing from the heavy activity and was allowing a small amount of water to run down the chimney liner. Nick temporarily patched it until the rains quit and then came back 2 days later to make a permanent repair. I highly recommend Ron's and Nick. I don't think you will be dissatisfied!

I have nothing but very positive comments. My contact with xxxx dates back to 2008 when I met manager. My most recent experience was my new roof last year. The crew was pleasant, extremely efficient, and wonderful cleaner-uppers. Highly recommended.

Called for an appointment for an estimate. Group of guys came out and looked over things. Lead said they'd need to check pricing and they'd mail me an estimate and I'd have it next week. Never received the estimate. Called to find out what was going on and left several voicemails and no one returned my call. Finally reached someone. They sent someone out again.

They said they'd already been to my house. Told him, yeah, I just need the estimate and they never sent it. He said I'd receive it in a couple days. I never received the estimate. Their lack of professionalism made the decision not to use them very easy.

Had them put a new roof on our house due to hail damage. This is the 2nd home we have had them do our roof on. Very happy with the work they do. Mike and his crew are very polite, respectful and hard working. They take their time and take pride in what they do. They also ensure to clean up before they leave the job site daily.

These people made all kinds of promises and then never showed up for 3 days and then made up all kinds of excuses of why not. I had slight possible leak in my house that in the meantime turned into a huge one. They were not there as they promised and I will never forgive them for what they did by not showing up. Please do not fall in their trap. Stay clear of this company at all costs.

The negative comments made by others is extremely correct. Homeowners do not have time to make comments like this that are not true. We live busy lives and expect people to show up to do the job they promised, especially when it's critical, and not take other work on instead just because it's more profitable at the moment. These people have no moral conscience and should not be in business. They obviously over book and then don't care about the consequences.

We called Ron's Roofing after being strung along several times by another roofing company. Tim came to do an estimate. He called prior to coming, showed up on time and was even able to do the repair right then. He was courteous and professional. Would recommend and will use in the future.

Had Ron's Roofing come out and install a brand new roof on a home I had purchased. They were quick, clean and professional. They are the last roofers I know of that hand hammer the shingles on. Yes it takes longer but insures a higher quality craftsmanship. The new nail guns can easily tear through the shingle and ice sheeting causing problems with a new roof.

I have yet to have any negative experience from estimate to completion. I even had a small leak pop up from one of my furnace lines, gave them a call and in the rain within hours I had three guys on the roof inspecting and correcting the problem. You have ro understand that qhen ypu get a large job like that done when it's dry it is possible to miss something.

The important thing is that Ron's Roofing took ownership of it and made right. I fully recommend Ron's Roofing to anyone looking for that kind of service. Just remember after the job is done and you run into any issues just call and respectfully explain your issue so they can help appropriately.

Had a flat roof put on because I was assured that it would fix the leak I was having. 3 months later and I started having a leak in exactly the same spot. Ron's has refused to fix the problem/make the situation right. They have also stopped returning my phone calls. Had another roofing company come out and found out the flashing between roof and the support post was not done correctly.

I was also over charged. The problem was also completely misdiagnosed. It wasn't my flat roof that was the culprit. In summary, Ron's fixed the wrong problem at an inflated rate, and now refuses to fix the real problem. Integrity issues abound.

He is honest. Told me I had a 30 year roof and unless it was leaking we are good. He is working a price for me do that I can start saving. While at the house he fixed a roof vent leak and did not charge me. I WILL be calling him when the roof needs it.

This is the company I hired that did the roof on my house in 2008. They did a great job, and their crews were very professional and knew their business. I found their foreman helpful in answering my questions as they went along. I especially like the quality of their clean up. I have had very few nails, or bits of shingles to deal with in the two years since they did the work, a condition that always seems to accompany such a project.

They were additionally very dilligent about running a magnet along the length of my driveway and yard to pick up any nails that were hiding. There was only one day they did not show up when they told me they would and they finished the job three days later than originally targeted, but they were putting a roof on in November, despite the weather cooperating for the most part.

The main difference with Ron's Roofing is they hand nail each shingle, instead of using nail guns. It makes for a more secure roof, and it puts the installer in better contact with the project. They also put additional ice shield, and took the additional time to replace bad spots in the decking that they discovered when the original shingles were removed, which really helped with some previous trouble spots that we had.

We have had no leaks, or trouble with the flashing either. My roof looks awesome, and it greatly improved the quality of my home. As a Realtor, who sees a lot of homes with roof problems on the market, I would highly recommend them to others and have many times recommended them to my clients since they did my roof.
