Ronstadt Roofing

I first heard of Ronstadt Roofing when they replaced my neighbor's roof 3 years ago - they seemed thorough and did a great job. When the neighbors sold the house shortly afterward the appraiser commented that the roof was done very well. I was very pleased when their owner, Rick, came out to provide a quote to replace my roof. He discussed the various requirements and options and agreed to replace my 2 skylights as part of the job.

The quote was competitive - we accepted the bid and have been pleased with the installation process at every step. Our new roof is beautiful, the new skylights have a modern look, let in more light and are energy efficient. I recommend Ronstadt Roofing - they have been a pleasure to work with - honest, reliable, efficient and thorough.

Rick and the whole crew are professional, punctual and do quality work! They repaired two flat roofs on my patio and cleaned up areas on the rest of my house roof. Excellent work and finished it all in less than a day! Definitely will use them again!

Overall a very fast process once the estimate and start date are scheduled. Rick said it would be done within a week, and he was correct. Worth the wait!

Ronstadt Roofing has done four roofs for us. Our primary resident, two rentals and our office building. They were excellent to work with, they went over and beyond on working with us on our office building to accommodate our time schedule. Working odd hours and weekends, where all the other companies we got bids from couldn't accommodate us. Rick is the most honest business man. Kevin was on site and made sure it was left clean and that every nail was picked up. He even came back and replaced a gutter. I highly recommend this company. They are the best! Kathy Metsch

These guys were worth the wait. Awesome! Rick, Kevin and the entire team including office was helpful, honest and did a great job. Inspections went great no issues, they were super clean and had to remove wood shingles and two layers of composition roofing. I had 5 other companies give me bids but these guys were the real deal not just a bunch of sales men trying to clean out my pockets. I already have 2 neighbors who saw them work and will be hiring them too. Thank you thank you!

I've used Ronstadt Roofing for many years. And have recommended them to friends. They have repaired a number of leaks on my current house (tile roof) and also on my previous house which had an asphalt shingle roof. They are very professional, do good work and are reasonably priced. The only downsIde is they are usually pretty busy, especially during the winter, but they do their best to fit you in

We use Ronstadt for our roof repairs as well as roof replacements on both our Property Management accounts as well as Real Estate Transactions. Rick is always honest(telling us when its just a minor repair and not overselling)and they do a great job! I highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be sorry using this company.

I had roof water issues due to improper solar installation. Rick worked up an estimate early in the process and when we were ready to get the job done he worked hard to make it happen quickly. Reliable and easy to work with.

I had a roof damage of over 10 years of bad craftsmanship from the builder company that designed this house. Rodstadt Roofing came out examined the problem, gave me a great quote, and it was all professionalism from here. He even found another issue with the wood and changed that out for me. Our roof no longer leaks.

I had multiple quotes and Ricks was the best. He was also the most reliable. The job was scheduled and done in 2 days. Very pleased with the work. I'm so thankful I don't have to worry about any more leaks.

I had numerous estimates to get my roof done, all anywhere from $6800-$14000, then I got a referral to Rick. I was so pleased when he told me I didn't need to get the whole roof done, just part of it repaired. When he gave me the estimate it was half of what my lowest quote was! We scheduled a day and time, Rafael showed up right on time and finished the work in 1 1/2 days. I was very pleased with his work and will be recommending this company often. Thanks Rick! Judy

I wouldn't give it a star if I could but I have to. so I heard about this company through my neighbors and seeing their work driving by. I really needed my roof done so I called the number listed and got a answering machine. I left a detailed message and call back numb on July 12th @ 1130am and have not heard from them til this date.sucks but moved on to next company. thanks anyways.

Trustworthy, experienced, professional! After 3 quotes ranging from $27k - $52k on our 4000sf project, we met Rick and knew we found our roofer even before his quote of $32.5k came in. Crew was a well-oiled machine - on time, efficient, respectful of our property and cleaned up daily. The project was perfectly executed and completed. Rick kept us informed throughout, fixed some unexpected surprises along the way, asked us to trust him on the repairs and it came out less than we thought (some might gouge on those extras) We recommend 100%!

First let me apologize to Rick and his crew for the delay in my review, I am so very sorry! I needed a complete tear off and roof and got 4 estimates, two of which were very close in price. I chose Ronstadt Roofing and have yet to regret any portion of my decision. First of all Rick is very kind and a great listener, he does not forget one concerns or requests.

My foremost and biggest concern was my landscape being damaged, the pigmy palms and sagos are very close to the house and the pitch of roof is steep, it was why I put off the roofing as long as I did. In meeting with Rick I expressed my concerns and asked if I buy 2x6 boards can we somehow place them to help protect my plants? His replied let me think on this I will come up with a solution.

I trusted he would and he did! My roof was completed in May of 2018 ( yes I know it's August I'm so sorry) it was on schedule, actually done a day early and is absolutely perfect! Not one little fron on any tree was damaged. This company is wonderful, the same crew from day 1 tear off to completion! Ronstadt Roofing ( Rick and his crew)are absolutely awesome!

I may be late at writing this review but (Rick if you read this) I've already sent referrals your direction! Thank you Gabi I forgot to mention the clean up/ they cleaned up daily and when it was complete you'll never know they were there.
