Chris Long and his team proved to be responsive and professional all throughout this process. Communication was excellent as you would expect from a professional outfit. They were price competitive. I recently had The Roof Authority replace my old shingle roof with a new 5V metal roof. The process was so easy. They were professional & courteous, the whole thing took less than one week from start to finish & their crew left my property neat & tidy - no nails! Mynew roof is gorgeous & quiet, no cell phone or wifi issues either! I highly recommend the Roof Authority

The Roof Authority experience was fantastic from start to finish. The original inspection was completed within hours of my original request. The repair personnel showed up within two days and the repairs were completed within a few hours. By the afternoon a downpour had proven that the work was done properly and efficiently. The Roof Authority replaced the entire roof on our new shop in Fort Pierce. This was not a simple job it was extremely disruptive with debris falling everywhere. All the work was done while we were still open for business so there was constant communication and coordination where my team could work and where they needed to stay clear. There wasn't a moment of conflict between our crew and the guys on the roof.
We are still in amazement of how the Roof Authority crew went from blue sky in our ceiling to a sealed and protected roof during a monsoon in under 35 minutes and water tight. One the biggest advantages of working with the Roof Authority is they show up with their own equipment from the 25 ton boom truck to multiple roll off containers and trucks. They coordinated everything and are not relying on outside vendors. Come by 2606 US Highway 1 in Fort Piece and check out their work.

After pushing off getting a new roof for quite some time, I came to the conclusion it was time to do some research so I could get a few estimates. I wanted to find the best possible roofing company to do the job for a number of reasons: 1. a new roof is costly 2. I want to make sure the job is done correctly 3. I wanted to support a local business Chris Jr. came out to my home and talked me through the process.
Due to the current state of the supply market, I had waited about 3 weeks for my proposal. After comparing TRA to the competitors, I decided to go with them. I could not be happier that I did. My roof looks fantastic. Thank you!

The Roof Authority Is the worst Company EVER! We have had nothing but remorse having used this Company to do our Roof replacement. From beginning to present. They did such a terrible job, That had us on hold for almost a month with our roof off, kept wanting more and more and more money? They started at 16,000.00 went up to almost 24,000.00 and to top it off, the roof is 2 years old and we have leaks in quite a few places.
We have tried to be more than patient with them to try a take care of their problems but no, they have caused more problems every single visit. We have now gone to the State of Florida and have filed a complaint, we are now having to hire an Attorney, because the Owner Chris Long keeps wanting to push us aside hoping we will just walk away. Well Not going to happen.
Our roof needs to be replaced all of it. The Lanai and the main roof. We also have found out that everyone who was involved with putting our roof is no longer there, they because they were doing terrible work. Chris was told recently that our roof was needing to be redone and he said No. just patch things up? Really after you take almost 24,000.00 from us, you give us such terrible workmanship and you are not going to stand behind your work?
Come to find out, since our issues with this Company, we have heard of numerous people who are and have gone through the same exact issues we are. Chris Long Your COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. How can you sleep at night knowing that you are treating your Customer's with such disrespect? I'm sure that your Roof on your home is up to code and keeping your Family Dry. All I can say is shame on you Mr. Long! Terreasa and James

Following hurricane damage sustained in late 2017, our four condo buildings needed new roofs. The Roof Authority was selected for the $1M+ job and they exceeded our expectations. They not only performed to schedule but they were ethical and a pleasure to deal with. They have the latest equipment and they brought it all to bear on our job. I's say they are the best around when it comes to commercial roofing.
