I cannot say enough good things about Leland Long and Roof Spotters Inc.! We had a contract to sell a house, and we had to sign several extensions on the contract because we were arguing with our insurance company over hail damage to the roof. Roof Spotters helped us through the inspection process and the battle with our insurance company. When the insurance company finally agreed to replace our roof, Leland and Roof Spotters replaced our roof within a week, and we were finally able to close on the house sale. They were very efficient with a good eye to details. I saw them replacing shingles in an alcove that no one in my family even knew existed but they found them.
