TPO is designed for maximum reflectivity and heat resistance, easily qualifying it for LEED credit, an outstanding Energy Star rating, and Cool Roof Rating Council approval. Reduced cooling expenses are a consistent cost saver for businesses with TPO roofs, and its weatherproof features make it excellent for storm-prone areas. In cold-weather environments, EPDM stands up well against freezing and hail damage. EPDM is also resistant to heat, pushing thermal energy away from your business while maintaining its integrity.

We had a difficult project of removing a large skylight over the entrance of our building that needed to be removed and a new roof installed over the opening. Perry and his crew did an excellent job of not only completing the task on time but also with cleanup and protecting our property. Perry was always available through texts, emails and calls. Excellent company to work with.

Roofing Atlanta is hands down the worst roofing company you will ever deal with in the state of Georgia. Roofing Atlanta is notorious for half completed jobs and false re roofs which is highly illegal. I will be reporting all of Roofing Atlanta actions and documents to the FTC and will be shaming this name until I see the company doors close. Rick Davenport is a scam artist and no one deserves to be treated the way he treats people.

Very honest vendor, and rick is a JOY to work with compared to any other vendor I've worked with. Always accessible, does good work, and stands by their work. Highly recommended on commercial projects.

We started about this time last year gathering quotes and proposals from nine different contractors none of which were Roofing Atlanta. After many meetings with various reps and many quotes being just e-mailed to us after people looked at our building from Google Earth we shared our frustration with another industrial customer in our business park, and they gave us Rick Davenport's number.

We reluctantly called, and I say reluctant only because we thought after getting eight or nine quotes, how could he be any better. Well he is, and they are, we are so glad our friend persisted. Rick and several of his people came down within a few days and we spent several hours on the roof and in the office and we felt like we had met the roofing czar.

After they measured and tested several areas of the roof, we received our first quote. I say first only because on a 117,000 square foot building that is sixty years old one thing leads to another. We went through at least eight revisions in order to get the finished proposal. Roofing Atlanta had the revised numbers and ideas back to us in that same day if not hours in most cases.

Once we signed a quote and the ball was rolling, they sent a small group down to plan with me the locations of dumpsters, crane placement, porta potties and materials. We also had to plan the flow and what happens under the roof while the roof was being repaired all very important areas. We had Roofing Atlanta here for almost two months installing our new TPO roof and only lost five days to weather and not once had to look for them.

They had a great superintendent and foreman Pg 2 here day in and day out. They worked on Saturdays and one Sunday in order to catch up from rain or wind and they never left at the end of the day if the work was not dried in and sealed. We have a very busy operation and with a lot of coordination and planning did not miss a minute of production while all heck was going on above us.

We have had almost no rework or warranty issues and we have had some serious rain the past few months. One area that really impressed us was that we dealt with the whole company and not just one man but felt like we were still very important and were getting individual service. Our project was a million-dollar investment and it is very important to us. We highly recommend you consult with Roofing Atlanta on your next project.

This company stands behind their work and addresses any warranty issue. I work at Classic Collision of Buckhead, they replaced our roof 3 or more years back and recently i had a issue and they came out and completely resolved it at no charge. They did an awesome job. I would refer them to anyone. Like they say "We have you covered"!
