I visited with 3 different roofing companies to replace my wood shake roof due to wear and tear. Greg and Joseph made the clearest presentation, recommend a class IV shingle and explained the insurance savings I would realize. The schedule was established and work began on time and was completed timely. They protected the pool and artificial turf yard from roof debris. When the job was completed I was very pleased and they followed up to replace one of the skylights. I highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas.

I would recommend Roofs by Nicholas to all my friends/family. With all the rain we had in Summer 2021, my roof started leaking, and my kitchen ceiling fell in. I called 3 different roofing companies. Dan with RBN was the first to return my call. I called him on July 3rd, it was still raining. He personally came out on July 4th holiday, and got on top of my roof to assess the damage.
It was still raining on the 5th, but his team showed up the morning of the 6th and repaired the damage. I made an appointment with Dan's contractor to do the repairs to my kitchen ceiling. I was 100% completely satisfied with all work done.

Had a roof put on by Best Roofing 2 years ago. They did not do the back part of the roof right. Always leaked between house and patio and then recently started leaking in the house. They were out several times and nothing improved. I called Roofs by Nicholas and they fixed my problem the 1st time. With all this rain my house is not leaking and my patio is not leaking. Thanks guys for taking pride in your work and doing it right the 1st time.

Very positive experience working with Greg from Roofs by Nicholas. A neighbor's tree fell during a storm and caused damage to shingles on my mother's home. His team, who was working to repair the neighbor's roof, took the time to go onto my mother's roof to survey any potential damage. They found a handful of tiles that needed replacing, and reached out to another roofing company to get the name of the original tiles so that everything would match.
They then installed the new tiles, and this all happened within a few weeks time following the storm. Very impressive customer service and they did not charge my mother for their work in replacing the shingles. We highly recommend them.

Eric was fantastic! He went above and beyond what he could have done and got work done that we needed quickly to complete the sell of my parent's home. They completed the work weeks before required, bringing the roof up to standard, and worked tirelessly and feverishly to get information to the insurance company. The insurance company made everything extremely difficult but Eric didn't give up.
He answered phone calls and text messages, and worked with the adjuster. They were EARLY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and RESPECTFUL. I couldn't ask for better service! I highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas, and Greg, who also helped.
