Sam's Roofing

This contractor works with American Home Shield. I have a contract with AHS and when a roof leaking happened they assigned my project to Sams Roofing. Then I called them and got a response letting me text to another number. I did. I did several times. No response. Then I called, again and again. After several days they called back and said they should come in the next two days and call me before coming.

Then nothing happened. I asked. No response. I asked again, again and again. No response. Extremely unprofessional and rude in that they don't treat other people's time and anxiety seriously and they don't stick on their promises. JUST NO RESPONSE.

I highly recommend this company. Mike came in and gave us a fair and honest quote. He and his crew are very knowledgeable. Once the shingles arrived his crew had the roof beautifully done in just 3 days. Our home looks brand new! Mike has also bend over backwards through an equity loan that has gone completely sideways to get our roof done and has been kind and caring.

Never pushy, truly a great guy to work with. Its rare these days to find this level of integrity, knowledge, and caring in companies and people our family is thankful to them.

After reading some great reviews, we selected SamsA+ Roofing to come out and take a look at replacing our roof and gutters. Once we met Mike Sam, we knew this was the company we wanted to do business with. From start to finish, Mike made sure we were well informed and comfortable in our decisions. The financing was simple, fast and affordable. The process to deliver, remove, repair and replace took 2 days. The process was seamless from start to finish. The owner Mike came out right away to give me an estimate, without pressing me to make a decision right away. Once I did decide to have them replace my roof, The financing Went quickly and the time was set for my roof To be installed. On the day of installation The workers arrived at 7:30 a.m. and had completed my entire roof by 3:00 p.m. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up They also did an excellent job of cleaning up, And you could not even tell they were here except for the beautiful roof.

Mike and his crew were great. We called him for a roof inspection of a home we purchased and he recommended a new roof, which we half way expected from a 20 year old roof. It took a couple weeks to start the roof but tear down and install of the new roof was done in one day. Our roof looks great and we're very happy with it. I will definitely be returning to them for any future needs.

Mike was great to work with. Very caring and understanding. The crew that came out did a great job. The worked hard and fast. Replaced bad boards with new. Spent a good amount of time trying their best to get as much debris as possible. The only issue was the solar tubes installed had dust and stuff in them from the install. Also, they left drywall powder and dust in the garage from the install of the solar tubes. Other than the ending details, everything looked great and install went smooth.

My husband and I just got a new roof from Sam's Roofing. We had a troublesome roof with leaks off and on over the last few years. Each time we had Sam's Roofing come to fix the leak. All three times Mike Sam, owner of Sam's Roofing, came, quickly discovered the problem and repaired it. His prices were very reasonable. The first time we had Mike come to fix a leak, we asked him if we needed a new roof.

He said although the roof has problems, I could probably get a few more years out of it. He could have said "yes, you need a new roof today." After five years we decided it was time to replace the roof. Mike's price was reasonable, a very fair price for an excellent roof. The roofing crew is skillful, professional and polite and friendly. They worked very hard all day long each day they were working on our roof.

Clean up is outstanding. The roof things besides the shingles (trim, flashing, how things were done around vents, etc.) is high quality. We had the torch down stuff on our patio cover roof, and Mike replaced this with "TPO, " an excellent product. Mike is a man of integrity and delightful to do business with. He cares about his customers. He communicates regularly the schedule, the progress of the job and when he gives a schedule, he keeps it. We highly recommend Sam's Roofing.

Mike is professional, friendly, and responsive. I had a leak in my roof and he came out the same day to check it out. Took pictures of everything and explained my options. As soon as there was a break in the weather he was here with his guys putting up my new roof and taking down my old chimney (which was falling apart). They got it done that day. He had a guy who could replace my old gutters too. Everything turned out great! I highly recommend.

Called sams and got a response in within an hour. mike the owner came over that same day. he felt honest and gave me three quotes. was an easy decision. he had the product delivered in two days. we were in a rainy pattern, so we waited to get a brake in the weather. three days later, mike called and they went to work. roof was done in a day. his work is top quality with no cutting corners. he explained everything involved and followed through with what was said. and the cleanup was top notch. want a roof at a fair price that will last for years to come? call mike at sams a plus roofing. bruce l.

I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out. Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days.

The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. We will definitely have his company out to do maintenance for the roof and will be customers for years to come.

I can't say enough about Mike and his entire crew. From the estimate to the completion of the project there was incredible communication, transparency and professionalism. Even when we ran into an issue (our chimney box had some rotting) we were quickly notified and they were able to address it immediately and continue the project. We are truly happy with our new roof and will be recommending to our family and friends.

Mike Sams is a great man to work with! He responds quickly when you need to get in touch with him. His team did a great job on our roof and worked us in during our refinance because the appraiser said we needed to fix a few things before she could sign it off for the bank.
