Called them for a roof leak, told me we needed an ENTIRE roof replacement (roof was only 7 yrs old). Called another major roofing company, they said roof was fine, just need to isolate the leak. Vultures. Stay WAY far away from this company.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I was told the work repair quote I received from a different roofing company wasn't needed for another 12 months and what little cracks there was John filled them up for me at no charge. I really appreciate the integrity of John & Scott Roofing and I will be in contact with them next spring for follow up

I scheduled an appointment and was able to have someone out within the week. John called earlier that morning to see if we could move up the time as he was running ahead on appointments. I agreed and he came out and assessed the roof. No current repairs were needed but he did provide a suggestion related to the new installed a/c and the materials used around the seams. John took his time to explain every concern I brought up.

He also gave advice about extending the length of the roof life. I will definitely use Scott roofing in the future when I need to replace my roof or any other needs. Thanks John for your professionalism and help.

Our next-door neighbor (who lives in two-story home) noticed some roof tiles askew in our home and notified us, so I called Scott Roofing for a repair estimate. Sal Corona arrived on time of the appointment, and discussed the problem and the age of the roof, and set about to do the inspection. Once he was finished, he showed me pictures of the rook damage which luckily just required re-setting a few rows of tiles back in place, which he completed without charging me anything.

A less reputable roofer would surely have made the issue seem far worse and charged me a pretty penny. Instead, Sal Corona demonstrated Scott Roofing's great reputation for integrity and great customer service. My roof may not have needed service today, but it's 17 years old so I will DEFINITELY call on them in a few years when I need to replace it. If you are in need of a reputable roofer, look no further than Scott Roofing.

We had a brand new roof installed from Scott Roofing a couple of years ago. Everything looked fine initially, but after a recent (typical AZ) storm, shingles were blown off. We immediately called Scott Roofing, and it took them a few weeks to have someone come out. My husband explicitly asked if they should throw a tarp up in case of another storm, and the person stated "no, it will be fine" and did not tarp. However, another storm came, rain water got through and literally poured through our ceiling into our living room.

Our newly remodeled ceiling is ruined, and now we need to spend thousands of dollars in restoration. When asked if they would help to cover the damages of the roof and/or ceiling, as they included a 15-year warranty and the shingles were rated for 110 mph winds, they refused and even charged us to fix the shingles that were blown off.

Had some tiles move due to a storm. Called Scott Roofing and the dispatcher was beyond friendly a very helpful. They had estimator come out (John Johnson) and he went up to look at the damage. Came down about 15min later with the roof tiles moved back in place and the broken tiles repaired. He was the nicest guy and very friendly. He told me we were all good and what had happened.

If a team was to come out it would be about $400 and was way beyond the help I needed. So he saves me so much time and money while being very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Scott roofing to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your help!

We needed some roof maintenance, cracked tiles, cracked mortar caps, shifted tiles. i called 5 different roofers and most would not even give me the time of day for a small job, everyone is so busy right now. However, Scott roofing from start to finish was great! First of all they answer the phone with a kind and happy rep. The estimator was out the next day for a free estimate, he was super nice & professional.

Although he said they were busy and it may be 4-6 weeks they would do their best to squeeze us in sooner. The price was clear and included a little cushion incase they found any extra cracked or shifted tiles. They ended up being able to come a week later and fill us in. Those guys that did the work were also very friendly and professional, did a great job! We are very happy with the great customer service with this company. Price was fair as well.

Outstanding service! I have multiple roof tiles come loose from wind. Had another roofing contractor come out and tell me I needed 6 tiles replaced and he could do it for $350 cash. Call Scott Roofing (dispatcher was great) and she set up a free consult. When the estimator (Sal Corona) came out and climbed on the roof told me that the membrane was good, I only had 1 broken tile, and he proceeded to put the remaining tiles back in place.

He came down, gave me the broken tile, and told me where I could get a new one for free. He then instructed me how to install the new tile. And he didn't change us anything! Wealth of knowledge, customer focused, and honest. You can't ask for more. Thank you Sal and Scott Roofing!

The work looks high quality, but the rains and years will tell. They are pricey, but we wanted the warranty. Two big negative surprises. They charged us $176 dollars for a half piece of plywood. The other surprise is there metal trim was only 3 inches and we needed 4 inches. Friendly workers that cleaned up well.

I emphatically like to give Scott Roofing and their employees 10+ stars for their professionalism and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Scott Roofing. All the employees I had communications with were great.from the office staff, the salesman Brad and Eric the project manager. I have endless compliments in regard to Nick Scott. He is the most helpful, hard working, concientious young man I have had the pleasure of working with in many years.

We have had roofing work done by Scott Roofing in the past and have always been pleased with their work performance and business ethics. I am very impressed with everyone at Scott Roofing and would tell others to look no further when you want good communication, customer service and outstanding craftsmanship to be done on a very important part of your home!

From beginning to end, every aspect of getting our porch roof repaired was excellent. The office staff was pleasant when taking my calls. The estimator was prompt, clear and thorough and offered options which was greatly appreciated, and, there was no pressure to choose one option over the other. The on-site supervisor was prompt and professional and pleasant to communicate with.

The 3 roofers were also prompt, thorough and took appropriate precautions to keep the area free of debris, and completely cleaned up the surrounding area at the project completion. I wrote my original review on 08.27.16. and received a response from Mandi H of Scott Roofing Company on 10.02.19. - three years and two months after my original review. 1) At the time, my Husband and I lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 10 years. So yes, I would have called the Phoenix office of Scott Roofing Company. 2) I have a 602 area code ( still ). Yes, even though we now reside in Wichita, Kansas. 3) I called Scott Roofing Company, Kimberly H, not my Husband Tom H to schedule the appointment. 4) I keep a detailed call log for business purposes. Yes, I set up the appointment and yes, I was the one waiting for Scott Roofing Company to show up. 5) Just because Tom H wrote the review, it does not mean that he is the one that scheduled the appointment. 6) No it was not another Roofing company.

I already had multiple quotes. 7) No I did not call Scott Roofing in Wichita because we did not live in Wichita at the time of the call. By blaming a customer, without checking your facts, you make your company look incompetent. I am very glad that we did not use Scott Roofing Company. 8/27/2016 We called Scott Roofing for a quote to repair or replace our roof.

It took several calls for them to call us back. Once they called us back, they stated that they were so busy that it would be two weeks before they would be able to come to our home. We decided that we already had three quotes - all were within a few thousand dollars of each other - but would give Scott Roofing a chance just to make sure of our decision.

They would come out today - Saturday, August 27th - as a first appointment or very early in the morning. We changed our schedule around in order to accommodate their schedule. They still have not arrived - 12:55PM. I would guess that they don't need the business or value our time as a customer. I am satisfied after getting my roof replaced, however if I had to choose again, I would go with a different company. My critique is mostly with poor communication with the estimator regarding what would be done. I thought we were on the same page about some things like replacing existing warped wood, but this was not the case. Also the color was supposed to be tan (my HOA approved this) per the estimator.but it ended chocolate brown and aluminum.

Then after the job was "finished", I had to contact them and express how my roof was not aesthetically pleasing, tar splashes, etc. There was one roofer in particular that came back and did an amazing job fixing it. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. Now my roof looks great and I am beyond impressed with the final result.

They demonstrated why they have such an excellent Better Business Bureau rating today. We have a roof leak. They asked how old, and we said about 10 years. They did the inspection, found the issue and then said to call the original roof company that installed it because it would likely be under warranty. They earned our respect and gratitude.

Called Scott Roofing about an insurance claim. They refused to bid the job saying they would bid it so high that the insurance company wouldn't pay more than %60-%70. Thy said I'd be out of pocket for the balance plus the deductible. Plus the guy came before his 7am appointment. Might be good that they were honest but they didn't even try. My experience with them was not happy.

We used Scott Roofing years ago to replace our deteriorating patio roof, and they did an excellent job. In August we lost shingles on our house during a severe monsoon storm, which also felled one of our trees. After contacting insurance, which recommended replacing the roof, I contacted Scott Roofing. We got an estimate satisfactory to us, which included replacing all of the jacks and flashing which were original to our 38 year-old house.

When the day came they brought in a large crew, stripped the roof, and re-shingled it in one day. We also had our small shed re-shingled, even though there was no storm damage, so that the shingles would match, and that took a couple of hours the next morning for two roofers. We are extremely satisfied with Scott Roofing.

Awesome company to work with! Fast response to my disaster due to a storm July 30th. Folks have said I now have the best roofline on the block. They kept in touch with me daily and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

Scott Roofing removed the existing tile and underlayment. They replaced rotting plywood and the underlayment and then replaced the tile. Scott Roofing employees were all very helpful, honest and extremely hard working. They all had old fashioned work ethics. They kept a clean job site, even with up to eight men on the job at one time! Very impressed with the company and the excellent job they did.

Thank you to the estimator Brad, Oscar the foreman and especially Eddie the job superintendent for a great job well done. We are very pleased with the results. Scott Roofing you are the BEST!

Im really shocked to see the reviews so low. This companies customer service exceeded my expectations. Having my rental properties roofs replaced was the best decision ive made. Scott's roofing made the process easy and answered all questions and concerns I've had. This company really puts customer service first. :

My issue is from May 2013. Better late than ever! I give high marks for the "before work" customer service. Scheduling the estimate appointment was easy. The Estimator was punctual, professional, and very helpful with financing. The actual "job" customer service was terrible! The onsite project manager for the job called me at work. They were having a "problem" with the rooftop air conditioning unit and I needed to call my A/C guy. OK, thanks!

What he FAILED to tell me was he turned the A/C unit OFF! What!? It was the last week of May in Phoenix! Not hot, hot but still warm enough to need A/C! I came home after work to my dogs in a very warm and stuffy house. The PM knew I had pets, too! So I thought the A/C was off because the A/C had malfunctioned. We slept that night with the windows open and the fans whirling!

When my A/C guy came the next day he fixed whatever the "issue" was and turned the unit back on! This was my first roof replacement job! I definitely learned a lot about the process. I won't be calling Scott Roofing again!

We got the roof repaired just in time. Scott s Roofing has been my roofer by choice. They even did warantee work on a roof that wasn't even their installation. I've used them now 3 times over 30 years

We recently contracted Scott Roofing Company to do a total roof replacement. From day 1 the crew showed nothing but professionalism even in 100+ temps! Always made sure everything was cleaned up by the end of the work day and they didn't miss a spot! My roof looks exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company! Excellent job!

Scott Roofing company "fixed" my roof several years ago for a little over $10,000. The roof has consistently leaked since then and water "ponds" badly after rain. I would recommend you avoid Scott Roofing.

After playing phone tag with this business for about a week, I ended up leaving a detailed message on a Sunday afternoon with days I was available to schedule an estimate. Not only did I not a receive a phone call back, but they went ahead and scheduled an estimate appointment on a completely different day from when I had requested (Saturday versus my proposed Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) and sent me the appointment via email. What!?

I needed the quote, so I went with it and planned accordingly. The guy was running late but did call to let me know. Then he still didn't show. He called again saying he was at my house, only he had the completely incorrect address on the other side of the valley. Someone had obviously entered something incorrectly. The poor guy said it would be another hour for him to get to my actual address. So, we agreed that he'd look my property up online and I gave him the specifications of the roof area needing repair, and he was to get back in touch with me later with "rough estimate" before he would come out the following day for a firm estimate.

That way I would have an idea what we were looking at before wasting more of both of our time. Never heard from him or the business again. No calls, no emails, no one at my house to look at the roof. Nothing. Needless to say, we went with another business, a well-know company with radio ads and a reasonable estimate, and the work is currently under way.

What a waste of time, I called Scott Roofing after having major damage to my roof due to a microburst. I was surprised when someone answered the phone on a Sunday. The person on the phone was nice, took down all my info and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 8am, I had requested Wednesday since I'm off of work that day but they were booked.

I did manage to move my work schedule around a little to be home at 8am, 8:30am rolls around and no one shows up and no phone call, I call Scott Roofing back and got transferred to someone's voice mail. Forget this, if this is your first impression you give your potential customers I would dread to see what kind of work this company does. Don't waste your time dealing with this company, call someone else that will actually show up.

They put replacement roof on my house, though at higher cost than other bidders. It was an upgrade with 30-year labor/50 year material warranty. It was well done and looks great. Customer satisfaction = 4.5 However, when I later sold the house, the warranty transfer cost was quoted at $1000 (for a simple change of owners in their records). I thought it was a mistake, but they informed me it was not, rationalizing that it was required to essentially issue a new warranty (on a new roof with a paid-for warranty). After-installation customer satisfaction = 0.

If this is of concern to you, ask about their warranty transfer charge FIRST. This soured me enough that I would not use them again. Too many other roofing fish in the barrel.

We hired Scott Roofing to re-roof our home last February after it was in poor shape from lack of repair and exposure to the elements. At all times during the job they were exceedingly careful to keep the job site clean and to leave no mess at the end of the day. Our family really appreciated that. We also had a lot of interaction with our roofing consultant who was a true blessing. We only have high praise for the quality of your work which we will, of course, appreciate over the years. We can and do recommend your work to others.

My husband and I had our roof replaced just before Thanksgiving by Scott Roofing. Based on past experiences with other companies, we had only average expectations for the quality and service we would receive. We just wanted to say how surprised and pleased we were with the results and service provided by the superintendent, and the crew that replaced our roof.

We really appreciate them, as it is difficult many times to find excellent contractors. They surpassed our expectations with their efficiency, thorough work, quality of work, politeness, and professionalism. They were also very willing to answer any questions we had and was clear and thorough in communicating information. Based on our excellent experience, we would definitely recommend this company to others.
