It has been 2 years and they have done nothing except damaged my windows and my home. I have leaks that they have never resolved. They give their bull about "we attempted to call you to resolve" after I constantly called and emailed them of the many mistakes and damage done. I also allowed them to send on 4 different occasions 4 different subcontractors to fix and every single one of them said they will not because the fly by night roofer Stephens had to install did it improperly and damages were to many for them to handle.
I call and emailed Stephens to let them know what the contractors said and that not even 1 repair was done yet all Stephens does is call and mail letters for me to pay the small balance I owe of 1600.00 I should have never paid them anything at all yet I did since they place fear in us that they would place a lien on our home. Everytime it rains I have to worry and get buckets or pails out.
What I'm showing on the photos is just a small percentage of everything they have done to harm us emotionally, mentally, and financially. My old roof was better than this roof they installed. At this time I want a full refund and an additional check for damages as well as Interest that the amount we paid would have earned. It's sad how they tried to rebuttal my wife when she posted our situation and the negative review we did and yet they still have not come to fix all the damages and to apologize.
Even when I listed just a few photos of how their workmanship and reliability is they never still have not truly cared to resolve. Anything. They want to dispute the rating so fast yet forgetting the damage and emotional and financial strain they placed on my family.

Provided a $20,000.00 estimate for an unneeded repair to a balcony above a garage that had once leaked due to needing re-caulking that had not leaked in over 8 years, As a senior citizen retired member of the military I could only say that I felt violated. I want to add to this review that after this posted, I was contacted by the representative who did the inspection.
Note that I did not request this inspection, it was requested by the real estate agent of a prospective buyer who accompanied the Stephens representative. The figure of $20,000 was provided by her to my real estate agent and was grossly inflated, in fact Stephens had not even provided a written estimate at the time the figure was reported to my real estate agent.
I do not know what the estimate was because I never saw the report, but I am pretty certain that if it had been $20,000 that the agent would have happily provided it as justification.

I would highly recommend Stephen's roofing. We had Josh P. out to inspect our metal roof after some concerns we had following the hail storm last year. He was very professional and had great recommendations that wouldn't leave us financially drowning. Stephen's roofing is not out to earn the biggest buck, that was evident with Josh's advise. We really appreciate his honesty and dedication. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed working with Stephen's Roof and Josh Peg during the process of getting my roof replaced. He gave me lots of options and worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. I had been putting it off because I didn't think my insurance would cover much, and since I'm retired I don't have much to spare, but I was genuinely surprised at the out of pocket cost. Here's to another 22 years with this roof.

Office staff have been processional and responsive to each of my service needs, all of which were completed in a personable manner.
With our project having been initiated through an insurance claim for hail damage, Stephens provided a great road map for the process A to Z and coordinated directly with my insurance company on estimate approval touchpoints. After being largely unsuccessful with many local roofers to obtain a starting estimate and return correspondence following, I was grateful to have received the frequent and open communication performed by Stephens start to finish.

Stephen's Roofing was recommended to me by several people, however based on my experience with them, I would not recommend them to anyone. We had a small roof leak that we called Stephen's Roofing for and they had someone out in about a weeks time to provide an estimate for a job the individual said could be worked on in about 4 weeks. That seemed a bit long, but we agreed to it.
We signed the contract and sent back to the rep, but heard no word back. Had to call to to find out if the contract was received and was told someone would reach out to us to schedule an appointment once the work was approved. Once it was finally approved we were told it would now be more like 6 weeks because of other jobs as opposed to the 4 we were told. 6 weeks turned into 8 weeks with more excuses as to the delay, but we finally got an appointment scheduled.
Then on appointment day no one shows up and no call. We had to call to be told other jobs were taking longer and they would have to reschedule 5 days later. After getting upset because of yet another delay they at least agreed to send someone out the next day. Someone did finally come out the next day, but it was one person from a completely different roofing company called Moreno's roofing.
We got no feedback on the repair status from this person who left without giving any information. We reached out to Stephens roofing and they had someone come out to inspect this random other roofers work a week later with concerns we had on how it looked to yet again miss the appointment then randomly come the following day. All in all worst experience with a roofer, constant delays, constant rescheduling, no communication, and we didn't even get the work completed by the company we hired.
Literally took over 10 weeks from signing the contract to complete the repair process of a rather small repair, with no apologies for any of the above from any representative of the company.

Very friendly and responsive to their customers. Cared about the customer and providing them with a positive roof replacement experience. Josh answered all my questions and bent over backwards to ensure the roof replacement met his high standards. Roofer's worked hard and took pride in their work. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after their work.
I liked after the work was completed the company inspected the roof to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. They guaranteed their workmanship for 5 years. I would certainly recommend this company.

Very professional company! The company provided excellent communication from my initial contact thru after installation inspection. I was kept informed at all times as to what to expect and when to inspect it, and they did exactly as we were told. We even received a phone call the day before the installation letting us know what to expect inside the house during installation. The company did a follow-up inspection a few days after installation to verify everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend Stephens Roofing.

From the minute that Matt showed up to give us a bid, I knew from his professionalism that we would be using Stephens Roofing. Oliva from the office was very helpful with all the contracts and paperwork. The crew showed up and the job was done! The delivery company set a few wrong parts, but not to worry, Jesse Gonzalez, showed up and saved the day!
This company is A-1 in my book and I would Highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, roof repair or anything related. Great job to Stephens roofing. WE can't think you enough for a job well done!

Stephens Roofing is a very professional company. Josh came to my house and inspected the roof gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance to match the cost for the new roof. The work crew was also very friendly and cleaned everything up after finishing the roof. I'm very satisfied with the new roof. It was a very good experience to work with the Stephens Roofing and I will recommend the company anytime.

This is my first review I am writing, but because of the high standard and quality of the product Stephens Roofing & Remodeling offers, I feel I should let the people of the internet know. I started by googling reputable roofing contractors in San Antonio and Stephens was the first company that resulted in the search. I called and the dispatcher and she was kind and took down all my information.
She said their salesman Zane Jackson would call me to schedule an appointment. He called me an hour later and came the following day. He explained to me the different options I could choose from and the benefits of each types of roof. My wife and I had a decision to make, but more importantly Zane didn't pressure us at all. Once my wife and I chose to move forward, I called Zane and after he assured me I was making the right decision, he drew up the initial quote for me to sign.

That was just the beginning, the day of the install (10Jun2021), the crew supervisor explained to me the process and to use caution if I had to exit my home. They had a field supervisor/inspector, Tommy, who came out as well to make sure things were going accordingly and if I had any questions. They installed the roof in one day. The crew also cleaned the debris so good, you would never know a new roof had been installed. 11/10 would recommend!
