A couple days ago, I was driving down the road that this business is located on. One employee was backing out of the building to leave. I stopped and let him back up. He started driving up the hill to leave and I was behind him. For some reason, this man in a blue Mazda brake checked me, got out of his car and began to approach mine very aggressively.

In his temper tantrum, he was screaming at me, cussing, and was what sounded like threatening to fight me. I sat in my car in disbelief of what was happening. I have absolutely no idea what he was so angry and hostile about. When I called the receptionist she put me through to the manager to leave a voicemail. After a few days with no call back, I called and mentioned what happened again.

The "manager" was very disrespectful and immediately stated that I was In the wrong for driving too fast, even though he said it was his first time hearing about it. He then said he didn't want to get in the middle of his employees dispute and denied me the ability to come in person. The company is full of unprofessional, hot headed people with big egos. I would 10/10 recommend using a different company.

Just called for an emergency leak and the women who answered the phone was extremely rude. Answered with a terse hi and didn't say the name of the company. I had to check my phone because I thought I must have called the wrong number, but unfortunately I did not. With a very annoyed tone she told me no one was in and wouldn't be until Monday. I replied that I wasn't sure if they handled emergencies or not on the weekend. She didn't say anything and then shortly hung up on me. After that lovely reception I will NOT be calling if I still need repairs on Monday.

Melanson's Precision Machining and their Fabrication division are our go-to shop. They are willing to work on our projects even though we are not a big company. Welding repairs, fabricating or machining parts when we need them. I can't say enough good things about Melanson's.

Dean did an excellent job of managing the work while keeping the work site safe and clean. He also had to coordinate his team’s work schedule with that of another contractor. In addition, Dean carried out his pledge to have a crew return and rake out the lawn after the ice melted, when the debris was more evident.
