They literally would not call me back. They were recommended to me and I called because I needed a minor roof repair. I had to call three times to get them to come out and give me an estimate, I had to call them to get the estimate and then they gave me a very rough estimate ($450-$750) and I approved the work. They said they would call back within two weeks to schedule.
Three weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called back and they said someone would be in touch by the end of the week. Another two weeks went by and I called again. I explained that there is no way I would've followed up this much, but they came referred by a friend, but I needed to talk to someone right away and this was their last chance.
The lady told me someone would call me by the end of the day and I never heard back from them. TERRIBLE customer service. P.S. My neighbors recommended a different roofer, who came out that day and gave me an estimate and did the job three days later for $250.
