We recently used Unique Builders and Development to design, extend and remodel our kitchen, modify floor elevations in our dining & living room and replacing all first story flooring. This included designing the new visually aesthetic roof elevation, removing and extending the outside walls, adding custom cabinetry to match existing, electrical, plumbing and tiling. Scott Reach, who was our project manager, was fantastic to work with and Alex Diaz and his team went above and beyond to make sure that the final project exceeded our expectations for our dream kitchen.

After dealing with a leaky shower for a few years, I finally have the bathroom of my dreams! My husband and I decided to go with Unique Builders for a complete bathroom overhaul after talking to four different companies and we are so glad we did! We highly recommend Scott Reach, who was our project manager. He was very professional, communicative, punctual and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied from start to finish.

His tiler, Chuy, is very experienced and has great attention to detail. It also helps that he always showed up smiling and happy to explain whatever he was working on -- as I work from home and always wanted to stick my nose in and see how it was going : The entire crew was great -- and it was really helpful to have Anna, their designer, help with tile choices, grout color, plumbing and light fixtures, etc. We will definitely use Unique Builders again on future projects!

We used Unique Builders to remodel our bathroom in October 2021 and were so pleased with the results that we rehired them for a outdoor patio project that was completed March 2022. This project was to take space from our 3 car garage and create a covered patio area in the backyard that never existed before. This included framing, rewiring, moving pipes, removing a brick wall, and installing a beam for structural integrity. Ronen, the project manager, listened to our needs and offered great design ideas!

Some design suggestions were a little out of our comfort zone, but Ronen is good about explaining the vision as well as finding alternative material/color options that reflected our style while staying true to the overall "rustic chic" design project aesthetic. We felt very supported the entire time. Ronen was always quick to answer all queries immediately and frequently visited the site to ensure the project was progressing on time and following the design plan.

We specifically requested the same crew (Javier Lara and Team) for this project. Javier Lara and his team are super friendly, professional and reliable. The crew showed up every day at the exact same time to work and would leave around 5:00-6:00pm. They are efficient and also offered helpful alternative project suggestions we ended up incorporating to change the original design plan into an even better one!

And the estimated 6-8 week remodel was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE in just 3.5 weeks! And it would have been completed sooner except we had to wait for a few parts delayed in shipping and delivery due to global supply chain issues. The patio turned out great and overall good quality and workmanship. Very pleased with the results!

Alex Diaz is a great asset to this company. He did a great job remodeling our master bath and living room. It is so refreshing working with someone that cares about the quality of his work and very professional in his work and communication. We were very impressed by his attitude and availability at all times to keep us informed about the scope and timing of the project. I highly recommend Alex for any residential remodel.

We contacted Unique Builders for our master bathroom and master closet remodel and could not be happier. They did an amazing job transforming our dated 1970's bathroom into a relaxing, modern oasis. From Design to completion of our total kitchen remodel, we couldn't be happier with Unique Builders. Beautifully done herringbone tile backsplash and quartz countertops, including 11'x5' island. We had busted pipes from the February freeze, a large amount of damage needed to be repaired/replaced. The entire team at Unique did a fantastic job with both bathrooms, master bedroom, custom closets and flooring. The crew also made sure we were happy with the work and went above and beyond. We are very happy with the finished project. I would recommend using Unique for any remodeling jobs.

We love our new kitchen. Ronen, the project manager, listens to you and adds great advice which makes your own idea perfect. He replies to any question anytime promptly. The crew is super friendly, professional and take pride in their work and will call it finished only when you're 100% satisfied. We contracted Unique Builders to renovate our kitchen in July 2020. Ronen K was our project manager. The job required a complete rebuild of the kitchen, removing posts, walls and installing new posts and beam. Ronen spent a considerable amount of time working with my wife and I on the design of the kitchen, providing us various options to maximize the space, the kind of materials we could use and recommendations on the appliances.

The project lasted about nine weeks which was attributable to us changing the scope of the work to include other areas of the house which Unique had no problem including into the project. They ensured every detail was covered. When an issue came up, Ronen was there to resolve it quickly. The result was a beautiful better functioning kitchen with an open concept. We would highly recommend Unique Builders and Ronen as your project manager.
