Vanguard Roofing has provided the utmost professional service throughout the entire process of our major roof system upgrade at our large commercial building in Danbury CT. From the administration to the roof technicians, they are very friendly and on top of their duties. Our Durolast residential flat roof was installed and has been maintained by the Vanguard Organization for 20 years. A silicone coating was put on the roof this month by Vanguard. Vendors and Customers beware. Our company recently had dealings with Frank and his assistant. Frank called our company to discuss shipping costs. We sell large products, so shipping is expensive especially via freight. Frank was upset to say the least. We are a small business so try to sell our products on as many platforms as possible, sometimes the imports are incorrect. Frank, after talking to us and knowing we make products at our plant and ship them from our plant found a pricing error we had listed on another platform and proceeded to buy.

We of course canceled the order with the pricing error option. We were then called by Frank's assistant and I was called an a**hole and was told if I make a mistake on pricing I should just eat it. It wasn't their fault. In the end I told her it was pretty dishonest to to call a small business, know why a price is the way it is, and then try to take advantage of that company by an obvious pricing error.

I told Frank and his assistant I would not like to do business with them. Here is the kicker. Frank is now posting one star reviews on my business. So here is mine. There are a lot of companies and people to trust your home and/or building with. I deal with lots of them all over the country. I rarely write a negative review about any company. However the way in which Frank and his assistant have bullied, berated, and tried to take advantage of me. It just should be known.

Used Vanguard to cut vent holes and install curbs onto my flat roof for our commercial kitchen. Frank Algier is my POC and he has been WONDERFUL. Extremely attentive, professional, fair and insightful. The job was not a huge one but the service provided was as if it was. Still working with them to assist with other issues. They went above and beyond to help fix the issues we were having around the job location on the rooftop even though it was not 100% part of their scope. I highly recommend them.

Excellent roofing company! Frank and his guys did a great job on my flat roof sealing it up and providing the metal trim to complete the look. Price was very fair and Frank was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Vanguard!

Frank and his team did a great job to serve our roofing needs. We had an issue with a leaky roof vent and Vanguard had it sealed up perfectly and at a fair price. They even came out on Thanksgiving morning to assure the job got done. Thanks again for the great service!

Vanguard provided a new EPDM roof, waterproofing around roof windows, and metal banding around the perimeter, giving the building a great roof and a updated look. Frank walked me through the entire process and provided updates, personal service and explanations for the entire job. The final product and service exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently, highly recommend Vanguard Roofing for a job well done!
