We offer residential asphalt roofing installation using the best materials and installation methods.
The siding industry is full of small start-ups offering low quotes and sub-par work. Some do not even carry insurance to protect your property from harm. While checking references can be helpful, nothing can replace years of experience in commercial and residential siding replacement. Veenkamp offers siding services for new constructions.
Although most of our customers come to us with roofing and siding projects, we can also help with window replacement. Our goal has always been to find the best solution for a customer's problem. Sometimes an exterior project like siding repair may necessitate window replacement. Veenkamp now offers residential window replacement to make it easier for our customers to access all the solutions they need to make their exterior project a success.

Called 2/17. Talked to Amy. Was told I would be contacted after leaving my number and informing that my roof was leaking. No contact as of 4/16. Response: After a brief discussion and apology, I am changing the current rating. There did seem to be a miscommunication somewhere along the line and I appreciate the effort in which they are working to fix the issue.
Thank you, Veenkamp. Last contact May 2, 2022. If you don't want the business, just say so. I'm patient but you clearly do not call back like you assured me you do. I'm done. Update June 24, 2022. I changed this rating June 22, 2022 in the evening to one star. Today, I get a call out of the blue. Maybe try a little harder. I shouldn't have to leave negative feedback to get a simple call. I'm going with a competitor that wants the work.

I am happy I went with Veenkamp for our new roof! The whole process from start to finish went seamlessly. Wade walked me through the roofing installation process and provided a detail explanation of the quote. He was quick to respond when I had follow up questions about other quotes I received. The crew did a great job with the installation. They worked fast and completed everything in a day.

We had a leak, called VEENKAMP and they came in a timely fashion. Blake and co-worker were very professional, kind and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Veenkamp. Wade did an excellent job of explaining the quote to me, including process and material details. As a single female homeowner, I felt comfortable in my understanding of the scope of the project without feeling like things had been mansplained to me. And when I had a question about what a different company quoted, he answered my questions right away.
As for timing of the project, they got me in on a cancellation within a week of accepting the quote. Tommy was a peach to work with, and helped me feel confident in my color choices. The only negative that I could possibly mention is some minor damage to the lawn- but come on, what does a person expect when they are getting a roof replaced after days of rain and snow?
Didn't phase me a bit, but it might've fired me up if I were a Karen. Overall a really pleasant and painless process. I'm extremely happy I chose to go with Veenkamp. Do it. You won't regret it.

Wade was quick to respond to a request we made for new chimney flashing. The roofer completed the original request for flashing. He also fixed the secondary chimney that had improperly installed counter flashing from a previous contractor and fixed a roof vent that had been previously damaged. This roof vent would have led to water damage in the family room ceiling. It was a great catch.

FINAL UPDATE: Wade and Jody were fantastic. Jody came and met us at our old house to provide us color options and was very professional. They scheduled us very quick to redo the roof however due to an unexpected situation at no fault of Veenkamp, we had to reschedule. Jody made sure to call the end of that week to look at rescheduling. Tommy was fantastic to work with, kept us updated on weather and how things were looking.
Aside from large tracks in our grass left by the huge equipment, the roof was done beautifully and the crew that was out was very efficient. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Wade and Tommy both called me a couple minutes apart from each other to provide me any updates along the way if there was an issue. Would recommend Veenkamp for future business. UPDATE: Wade called two hours following the review.
Didn't have a chance to return his call on Wednesday, so he attempted to reach out again on Friday. After speaking to him, he offered to make an extra stop to provide us a quote. My husband and I have decided to move forward with Veenkamp and will update this review again post service. Called and spoke to Maddie about getting a quote on a new home that we just bought.
First off, as somebody who has worked in customer service, the professionalism over the phone was extremely poor. She didn't sound like she liked her job at all. Made an appointment for 10am. 10am came and went. Called 10 min later, and she said "Oh he is supposed to be there. Let me give him a call". Okay, well we expected her to touch base with us again to let us know an update.
No call. I called and spoke to her again, and she said that he didn't answer the phone and that she had us down for anywhere between 10-10:30. We hung around until 10:30, still no call and had no one show up. Not to mention that we hauled our baby around to make the trip out to the house because we don't have possession yet - the people who sold us the house were gracious enough to let us get started on getting quotes. 2 minutes after driving off, I get a phone call from someone from Veenkamp only to be told the person giving the quote would be another 2 minutes late. All in all unprofessional and unreliable service. Would not recommend.

Wade was extremely professional in correcting an office error. He went above and beyond in communications. Due to our location we unable to use their company. However, based on feedback of satisfaction from multiple customers of mine I would not hesitate to employ their company should their service areas change.

We had our roof replaced with Veenkamp R/S on July 28th-30th, 2021. Very detailed with explaining of the roofing installation process. Very competitive with pricing and honest. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have their roof replace. Crew members and installation of new roof were very satisfied and extremely impressed with their workmanship. Their greatest offer is life time warranty on their workmanship. Crews thoroughly cleaned after the project was completed.

Veenkamp Roofing and Siding recently installed a new shingle roof on my house. Their installation crew were absolutely amazing, working 12 hour days with as many as 8 people. The roof was stripped, repaired and new shingles installed in 3 days. The workmanship was great and professional. Wade and Tommy were wonderful to work with and the pricing for the new roof was fair. I would recommend Veenkamp Roofing to anyone.
