Joe Ward Roofing team has gone above and beyond the call of duty. They took care of everything including contacting our association to get approval for the roof tile color we wanted. The submitted all the permits and passed all inspections. Installation was quick and they cleaned up as the continued work on our help. I highly recommend them for their customer service and quality of work. Thanks Joe, Diane, Tiffany and Claudia for your hard work.

Joe Ward was selected as they did my mothers roof and she was very happy with the install. We were explained in detail our new roof install and all terms pricing etc by Dianne. Once the tear down started, we were impressed by the speed and the cleanliness of the crew. Every night, I got home from work and our yard was clean of any debris. After a nearly two month wait due to scarcity of materials and a small additional charge of materials made after our initial agreement of price, the metal panels arrived and they were installed in a week with the same cleanliness of the work site.
We are happy with the install and would recommend Joe Ward. Only reason for 4 stars is the nearly two month waiting after it was estimated the wait would be a month or so and the increase in certain material costs during the install that were added to our final bill. In summary, the crew at Joe Ward are very quick and professional installers while Dianne is always a phone call away to answer any questions.

Joe Ward was hired to perform a roof inspection prior to the purchase of our house in Jupiter. We were quite concerned about the fiberglass roofing was flashing area. Joe Ward inspected it, writing all was OK. It is absolutely not. The flashing leaked and rotted the window frames and then down to the support beam. The fiberglass had been patched and painted over. They do not respond to numerous attempts to rectify the matter. Avoid this company

After looking around what all the local roofing companies had to offer, we decided to go with Joe Ward Enterprises. They didn't have the cheapest prices, but they offered way better material and great warranty. They were straight forward and very professional on how they approached and handled everything from the very start. "What starts well, ends well." From setting appointments for informational presentations, great customer service, and even arriving on time every time they were scheduled to arrive.
They kept their word on a speedy completion. Less than 3 weeks from contract to completion. Our roof looks amazing, and even when we found a problem AFTER completion. They came right out the next day with a crew and fixed it with no hesitation at all. It's hard to find a great company like this, especially in MIAMI-DADE county unfortunately. We were guided though the whole process by Ernesto Zaldivar who is did an amazing job with answering all of our questions and needs every single time.
Sometimes honesty is all a customer asks for and he has it. This guy deserves an award! Dianne (co-owner) assuring us a speedy completion, and she kept her word. She was very kind and courteous every time we spoke to her. All of the labor crew that came by to do our roof had such great attitudes! Everyone was always smiling and being very respectful of us and each other.
And their work ethic was impressive. I usually don't write reviews but I felt that this was very personal event, a real customer and company success. I wish them the best and I totally recommend this company for all your roofing needs. They did a great job, and I will definitely contract them again in the future. Horrible experience with this company! Felt the sales person was dishonest and didn't fulfilled his promise. My aluminum patio that is attached to the roof was leaking and he said that would be taken cared when I signed the contract. The next day I've called him and said it wasn't in the contract. He just said he would take care of for me. Unfortunately, I believed him. Also, make sure they put down the amount of the permits in the contract; because they hit me after the total amount of my contract with Xtra 443.00 dollars for the permit. Very sneaky

As you can see most of the reviews on this post are from accounts, that have never posted. either fake Google accounts or employees that work for this Business. I hired this company to do my roof and it was an extremely horrible job my roof did not pass inspection and somehow they contacted somebody else to have the inspection passed. I inspected roof tiles that were cracked, laid incorrectly And so many other things. Lets not forget all the debris and nails they left laying around the house while they were doing the cleanup.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service there's still leaking in my roof and agreements that were said but, were not kept because not written on our contract. Please be aware This company is not honest. Please be advise make sure everything that is said and agreed-upon is in your contract if not they will 100% take advantage of you.

One more comments about these clowns. As stated, I paid up front, cash, expecting a discount. Did not happen. My bag expecting the sales rep had some honor. Over one year later, I tried to clear the note on this house. These crooks put a lien on my property. I was warned about this company. On me for thinking they had some since of integrity.
