I did not use this company's service because they never showed up for a scheduled estimate. I can't speak to their level of craftsmanship, but it's clear to me that their customer service is need of repair. I believe patents are great if you actually have one. However, keeping your word and honoring commitments is the real innovation that this company is missing. This was my experience with this business, but yours may be different - IF they bother to show up.

I found House Mechanics online when I was looking for someone to do siding and gutters. The other company that I knew and trusted still hadn't given me an estimate that I had asked for in October! I was nervous since I didn't know anything about this company except for what I read on the Internet. They had good reviews so I took a chance and I AM BEYOND HAPPY I DID! I contacted them the end of January 28th we set up a date for Richard to come out and give me an estimate.

I was pleased with with the price and his knowledge! He started the work After I picked out the color of the siding and we had a plan in place. It took him no time to get the job done. The quality of his work is out of this world! I really love that he is here every day doing the work so, if I had any questions or concerns I could go directly to him/the owner! I'm so impressed (to say the least) by EVERY SINGLE THING from start to finish!

Richard of House Mechanics took my call regarding repairs to my attic vent. He was prompt and followed through with the necessary repairs. He was able to reuse the vent slats. House Mechanics did a great job of repairing our gutters. Richard did a thorough inspection of the whole gutter system. He and his staff not only repaired our gutters but also repaired several damaged sections of the roof (the work of roof repair was free of charge, we did not even know there was damage on the roof). He joked with us after he finished the work that he was there to fix things. We are very pleased with their work and services.
