Roof Leak Repair

Our fast and effective roof leak repair services address urgent water intrusion issues, including bathroom vent leaks. Using infrared scans to pinpoint hidden moisture, we replace affected shingles and underlayment in a single visit. This targeted approach prevents mold growth and structural damage while maintaining roof integrity. Our 24/7 emergency response team ensures rapid tarping and insurance-ready documentation for storm damage.

Roof Cleaning

Professional roof cleaning services combat Pacific Northwest moss and algae growth through eco-safe soft washing techniques. We remove debris, treat organic growth, and install preventative barriers to extend roof lifespan. Our process preserves shingle integrity while improving drainage efficiency and preventing water retention that leads to premature deterioration and leaks.

Roof Replacement

Expert roof replacement services utilize Malarkey's premium shingles with rubberized ice and water shield underlayment. Our certified crews perform full tear-offs or overlays using the Catch-All debris netting system to protect landscaping. Each installation includes a 10-year labor warranty and manufacturer's lifetime coverage, documented with comprehensive before-and-after photo records for client transparency.

Roof Certification

We provide professional roof certifications for real estate transactions, including detailed on-roof inspections and written life expectancy assessments. Our consultants evaluate shingle condition, flashing integrity, and structural soundness to issue 3-5 year certifications after necessary repairs. These documents help homeowners secure favorable insurance rates and facilitate smoother property sales.

Gutter Guard Installation

Custom-fitted gutter guard systems prevent clogging while maintaining optimal water flow. Our installation process includes thorough gutter cleaning and Leaf Defender system integration to reduce maintenance frequency. This solution protects against water damage to foundations and landscaping while extending the lifespan of existing gutter infrastructure.

We hired Northwest Roof Maintenance to clean gutters and treat our roof to stop moss growth. After their initial visit all of the gutters were clean and the entire roof was treated for moss. They did a great job and everyone was professional and courteous. Five months later I noticed a small amount of moss persisted on a small area on the shady north side of our roof. I called and they let me know that they would do the treatment under their one year warranty. Camden and Jacob were here within a few days.

Instead of treating just the problem area, they went over the entire roof, cleaned gutters, and retreated the whole roof for moss. We are totally satisfied with the work done by Northwest. Great company!

Northwest cleaned and washed my roof, removed tiles and cleaned the valleys, replaced worn or defective tiles, and repaired several chimney and ridge defects. Our team included Jackson, Kyle and Alex for most of the work. All three arrived when they said they would, were careful with our property, worked diligently and professionally, answered questions and suggestions with courtesy and knowledge, addressed challenges and managed, while doing all that, to be friendly, courteous and cheerful the entire time. I enjoyed having them do our roof project and would recommend these three young men for their quality and customer-friendly work.

I can't say enough about how professional NorthWest Roof was. We had a leak and needed other maintenance on our 30 year old tile roof. They advised us what we needed to do and what could be put off (they didn't try to oversell just because we have a nice home), they showed up on time, the guys that did the work were amazing, respectful, honest and clean. We had one small issue during the work that they took ownership of immediately and had no problem making a small adjustment to the bill because of the issue. I have not had such a clean transaction with a contractor in years! If you need roof work you need to give Northwest Roof a call.

Jackson and Zack showed up at the scheduled time and notified me that they were on the way. They both worked in the constant rain installing 3 one way vents. They also cleaned all the moss from the roof and replaced some broken roof tiles. Then still working in the rain they did a tremendous job in cleaning up all of the moss they knocked off the roof. Thank you both for a wonderful job well done. If you need roof maintenance you should call Northwest RoofMaintenance

I had used NW Roof Maintenance early last year to come clean and inspect the roof of my newly purchased older home. They did a great job of taking care of it and letting me know the condition and an idea of when to expect to replace it. Recently I had a tree sized branch from a huge maple tree break off and fall on my roof. I again called on the NW Roof team. They sent Jacob and Alex to my home to make the repairs.

They were right on time, took care of the damage, clearly explained the work they had done and asked to see if I had any questions. Not only were they professional, but friendly and personable. I hope I don't need them again. until it's time to replace the roof! But if I do I will gladly call on NW Roof Maintenance and their team and will recommend them to everyone!
