After they installed my roof it was to my attention 2 years later that the air pipe coming from the hot water tank was leaning, which led me to believe they never secured it during the install. I called them and they sent a man out that seemingly hurried thru trying to correct it but a couple months it was leaning again. When I called them out the man told me he would charge me$250 to fix a problem they never fixed. Left me hanging as a customer.
