Roof Replacement
Our comprehensive roof replacement service addresses aging or severely damaged roofs with complete tear-off and installation of premium materials. We assess structural integrity, recommend optimal shingle options, and ensure proper ventilation for lasting protection. Each project includes debris removal and landscaping protection, with warranties up to 25 years.
Roof Repair
Professional roof repair solutions address leaks, storm damage, and wear-related issues using industry-grade materials. Our technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify root causes, from missing shingles to flashing problems, and implement permanent fixes while maintaining roof integrity.
Gutter Installation
Custom seamless gutter installation protects homes from water damage with durable aluminum systems. We ensure proper slope and downspout placement for efficient drainage, offering gutter guard options to minimize maintenance while preserving property foundations and landscaping.
Roof Coatings
Silicone-based roof coatings extend roof lifespan by creating waterproof barriers against UV exposure and weather damage. Ideal for flat or low-slope roofs, this cost-effective solution seals cracks and prevents leaks while maintaining breathability to avoid moisture buildup.
Gutter Guards
Alu-Rex gutter guard systems prevent debris accumulation while allowing unrestricted water flow. Our installation ensures long-term clog prevention, reducing maintenance needs and protecting homes from water damage caused by blocked gutters.

Very happy with our new gutters. So easy to work with -- came right out with an estimate -- came when they said they would -- professional work and final bill matched the original estimate we received. Crew was efficient and hard working. Also I had several questions ahead of work being done -- Nick and Joe were both patient in answering each and every question and offering suggestions to help us out.
Could not be more pleased -- highly recommend you give them a call. Had two family members that used Kelly Roofing previously and grateful we went with their recommendation. Thank you for taking pride in your profession and delivering a quality product for me and my family. We have peace of mind now during heavy rainfalls - job well done guys!
