Residential roof replacements and roofing repairs are our main area of focus and we pride ourselves in providing the best residential roofing service in the city. When we do a full roof replacement we will tear off all the existing shingles and replace them with new shingles. Installing new counter flashing on chimney, tuck point new metal into brick and solder metal work.

For both existing and new roofs, Kelly Roofing uses GE Enduris 3500 silicone coating in order to insure the best possible coating protection. Enduris 3500 is a UV-stable coating that works in various weather conditions and bonds to many roof substrates including existing coatings, single-ply, modified bitumen, BUR, SPF, metal, and parapet walls. One coat of Enduris 3500 coating cures quickly to form a durable and strong membrane that is waterproof and breathable.
