I am a facility manager covering 10 states for an extremely large restaurant franchise. I have used MJ Dalsin in South Dakota market for roof repairs. They have fixed all my roof issues in a timely manner and provide before and after photos. They are professionals in the roofing business and I will continue to use their services. I operate a Full Service Hotel and they have been a wonderful partner over the last year with cleaning up our roof with repairs. They take action and do quality work! Preventive Maintenance

We offer a preventive maintenance program with annual or bi-annual inspections called 'Roof Care'. Our trained personnel will examine your roof and accessories for any damages, problems and/or defects to your roof system at pre-set intervals. All problems that are detected will be brought to the owner's/manager's attention along with a report with photos and a remedy for these issues. The most important factors in a roof's life cycle is to regularly inspect and perform all preventive maintenance that is needed.
