Hired them to install a new roof. Did not show up on scheduled day. When I called at about 10am I was told the company they got did not have insurance and was waiting for paperwork. Would you want that company to work for you? So far no one got back to me 11am. I want to cancel my contract. I thought they had their own crews. Apparently they are just jobbers who hire the work out.

I was very impressed with this company from beginning to end. Johnathan, the salesman was amazing, there was no pressure, and he was so courteous and knowledgeable. Jenn from Walpole was such a wonderful person to talk to. She had all the knowledge of the project and such a pleasure to work with. She called several times to make sure the project was going well, and it was going great. The installers were very professional and courteous.

They left no mess behind; they answered all questions we had. Everyone loves my new roof as do I. I would recommend this roof and especially this company. Thank you all for all the great customer service and all the work done to repair and install my new roof. I love pulling in my driveway and seeing such a beautiful roof

From my first encounter with this company, there was an overwhelming amount of confidence that I felt immediately. Jen at the Walpole office was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. The crew that did the installation was so efficient and courteous throughout. My neighbors are bringing others by to see this "forever" roof and are quite impressed. What a great job with so little mess and the cleanup was done spotlessly upon completion. In these times when customer service seems forgotten, this company certainly has not lowered standards and treats their customers very well indeed. Thanks to all for a job well done!

We were looking to replace our a shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof for our home in Vermont. We called over 10 roofing contractors, and received quotes from four of them. I had the best feeling with Interlock Roofing from the beginning, mostly due to my interactions with Mark. Additionally, they were the most competitive on price. Once we committed and signed a contract, we dealt with Jennifer and Paul to coordinate and complete the installation.

They were incredibly responsive, timely, and the entire project was completed in four days. Such a pleasure to work with. The entire process was seamless, and the roof looks phenomenal. Very pleased overall.
