Had a sliding back door custom built and installed. The install was not great and reached out to the company about this. They got back to us one time but never again to fix the issues. Not happy with what I got for the amount of money paid.

We contacted Landmark to replace all of the windows in our home. They came and measured, provided some ideas for making one of the windows, in particular more open, and came back and remeasured for final accuracy. They, were very communicative about the scheduling and told us what we needed to do to prepare (remove blinds, etc). When the big day came, the crew was professional, and efficient. As soon as installation was complete, their painters came and painted all of the frames. We are thrilled with our new windows and the experience of working with Paul and Landmark Exteriors!

By far the worst customer service and unresponsiveness I've ever seen in a company. You would think that companies today would be grateful to have business but this is an example of a company that doesn't deserve to be in business. If you're looking for windows go anywhere else other than this group

Landmark painted and installed Pella Windows in my kitchen. Within 6 months one of the windows started to show tannin bleed in the wood which I've attached a picture of. I mentioned this to a Landmark sales rep several months later that was quoting me for some windows in the front of my house, but they never got back to me. I actually never even received the quote for the front windows either so I tried to contact the owner John directly and he never replied.

I eventually got my Marvin quote for the front windows but Landmark would never give me the Pella quote like I had specifically asked for, even after following up with the sales rep. (It's very clear they only want to sell Marvin). After this experience with Landmark I cannot recommend them to anyone. For a company to decide not to get back to an existing customer about a paint issue as well as a simple quote is unacceptable. I plan on taking the paint issue up with the BBB since they refuse to get back to me on a job that's still under warranty. STAY AWAY!

We used LandMark Exteriors to replace our siding and gutters, and we were very pleased. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They made the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible for us, and we have recommended them to friends and family.

I'm surprised that Landmark is listed only as a door supplier in Barrington, since we used them for replacing all of our lower level windows (7 total)! Just wanted to submit this review to let others know how pleased we were with the quality of service and actual work that they provided for us. Mike Kerr, their sales rep, was the reason that we ended up choosing Landmark. A carpenter himself, he was able to answer all of our questions (and we probably had more than most people do.) and also made some great suggestions about what might work better with different trims and stains.

His attention to all of the details was amazing. Over the course of choosing our Anderson windows, the installation and the final approval, I'm sure we met everyone of the employees at Landmark and were pleased with every interaction we had. The quality of the installation by Richie and his crew was incredible! We plan on using them again. A great local business doing outstanding quality work!

I originally contacted Landmark some 3 weeks ago to get some pricing to replace windows on a customers home. Have not heard from them with the information I need after many calls to them. I have given up. Had to contact the manufacturer of the windows we are interested in, for the name of another dealer.
