I called on Friday. They came to examine the problem on Monday exactly at the stated time. The repair person was here exactly on time on Tuesday morning and the issue resolved in less than 2 hours. I very much appreciate the timely courteous service especially since the temperature dropped over 20 degrees while he was here and he was working outside.

I have used AT Klemens for plumbing on several occasions, but used them for an AC repair recently. They were called and had technicians here within a couple of hours. They were so professional and fixed the issue immediately. I may have been lucky they had the parts, but they understand in these temperatures (90 - 100) these calls are important. Thanks AT Klemens, we are cooling off!
