Koch Construction was founded in 1980 by Karl and Jeff Koch. Karl began his residential construction career in 1955 and was an accomplished home builder, finish carpenter, and cabinet maker. Karl was born in America, but was raised in Denmark, returning to the USA in 1950. Koch Construction was founded on the old world values of craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity that Karl brought back with him to America. These are the same values, coupled with modern day technology, that our work today is based on.

Signature Design and Cabinets started as a sister business to Koch Construction in 2002 offering in-house design services, allowing us to greatly streamline the remodeling process. The results have been a greatly improved remodeling experience, through better communication and a superior team effort between the many players in kitchen and bath remodeling.
