I requested a quote for a new roof and siding in Sept 2020 to be completed in the spring of 2021. Mike Jr (the project estimator) came out and gave us a quote and unfortunately we had to put our project on hold for a year due to Covid. Fast forward to fall 2021 we are ready to move forward with the project. I emailed Mike again at the beginning of October looking for an updated quote and have gotten nothing but the run-around from him for over a month.
I shouldn't have to beg someone to do business so I've decided to give my business to another company that will return emails/phone calls and actually show up for appointments. While I recognize that my job isn't necessarily a large job (replacing roof/siding), I still expect a certain level of professionalism from a company that does a lot of business in this area.
