When our technicians give you an estimate, they will suggest whether repairs need to be done or if the entire unit needs to be completely replaced. A repair can work to fix a specific problem, however it cannot necessarily guarantee the condition of the rest of the system. As far as roofing goes, unfortunately, some companies will recommend a full roof replacement when just some repairs are needed.

I had gone through the entire home in sections doing replacement windows with a another company. Each job was about 14 windows. On the last section which was only 5 windows, the company said they can't come out for that small of a job! Never mind I had completed 3 huge jobs Prior and what am I supposed to do now?
