Why are all these reviews from exactly 2 months ago (at time of my writing). I'm not sure it is possible to do 10 roofs in 2 months and then barely any other reviews. I'm not saying if they are good or bad but this is something to think about. Great day.

I had a roof leak after a recent rainstorm. Espinoza Roofing returned my call right away and responded for an estimate when others were too busy with bigger jobs. The crew showed up on time as promised and went over the work to be done in detail. They spotted the source of the leak and called me over for me to see for myself. The repair was done with attention to detail. They went above and beyond by adjusting and securing other tiles and even replaced one broken one. 100% satisfied with their work, honesty and dependability. (No Relation)

These guys are pros all the way. Installed while I was on vacation. Did what they promised and more. On time. On budget. Walk through inspection, even put in a safety harness anchor for me. Highest quality materials for the price, no surprises. We didn't discuss final payment until I was completely satisfied.

Top notch experience all the way around! We just had our roof replaced by Espinoza Roofing, and we could not be happier. We got bids from a couple different companies, and while Espinoza was not the lowest cost they were competitive and they did by far the most thorough assessment of our roof before giving us their bid. Jessie looked in our attic to check for moisture and assess the condition of things that might need attention, climbed up on our roof to assess further, and talked to me about how he would handle a couple of unique things about our roof.
