I've never had a problem with this company. James, the owner has always been courteous and helpful. Deliveries have always been on time and efficient. I have asked for multiple revisions for a number of projects and they have been very obliging and helpful. I don't give five star reviews out of principal, sorry.

Ordered trusses for 2500 sq ft house. One truss was cut improper and they had to shim it. Several were just plain out of whack. My biggest issue was the fact that our crew was being ridiculously rushed to set the trusses and we were not allowed time required every 5 trusses to properly brace them. As a result, the entire thing came crashing down before the driver/crane operator left our driveway. We continuously heard from him that we had to hurry because he had two more jobs to go to. It was a joke but I'm just lucky nobody was killed. Do not use!
