For about 10 years, our agency has had a sub-par FLAT roof over our head that on many occasions, Sentry came out to patch up. They did the best they could given the circumstances, were always extremely prompt, courteous, and candid with us about the situation. Due to some renovations being done, we decided it was time to pull the trigger on a brand new roof. Tim took great care of us, the guys knocked the job out in 2 and a half days, and it looks great.

I have no doubt that if for any reason the product is anything other than perfect, Tim will take care of us, but I'm equally confident we won't find out. Sentry is not the cheapest option, but I have zero qualms spending what we did.

Rob explained exactly what the project would entail and when it would start and finish. I was kept abreast of even minor adjustments before they happened.
