Report
We had our roof replaced by Unique Siding Co. We have nothing but praise to the owner and crew. When we had our first conversation, Mr. Hathaway explained the various options, made recommendations, and gave us time to think about the project. We voiced concerns about damages from falling debris and were promised that they will protect the garden and flower beds that surround the house. This was a "no pressure" meeting.
In fact, it took us over a week to finally sign up with the company. The work on the two roofs (house and detached garage) took about a day and a half. The foreman was on site throughout. There were no damages. We followed the suggestions offered by Mr. Hathaway and are delighted with the final results. A+

We had a nasty storm come through here yesterday while I was at work. I came home and saw that there were no trees down in my backyard. But this AM I discovered that an 8 ft piece of facia, on the back of the house, was blowing in the breeze. I called my insurance co. and they suggested a siding co. I called them and they very honestly said that my problem would not be worth their time but I should call Unique.
I did and within a couple of hours, the owner showed up and said that he would send over an employee who was busy "tarping" a house in South Bend. Jeff showed up and within 15 min he fixed my facia and also told me that another problem I had could easily be fixed in a couple of hours. I will be calling them to schedule that job. Love this company!
