We called about a patio door in July based on a flyer we received in the mail. The salesperson said we could expect someone to contact us within a week or two to take measurements. In mid-September we called to have someone come to measure. We were told to expect installation near the end of October. In mid-October we called to check on the progress and were told our door was done but they didn't know the color to stain it.
Someone came the following week to take the trim off our current door so they could match the stain. Installation happened the first week in November. He was not able to finish because he broke a drill bit. The next day the office called me (for the first time in this process) to ask if they could submit the bill and if I was willing to rate them as "highly recommended" in the satisfaction survey that would be coming in the mail.
They were surprised when I told them the installation wasn't completed. The installer returned two days later to finish the door- it is lovely and works well. I never received a satisfaction survey. Great product- the company has a communication issue.

What a wonderful team to work with! Our Anderson patio door was installed on the 22nd of January; and the weather has been very cold ever since (below zero at night and the teens during the day). Our new home was built with Jeldwin windows, a huge mistake; they have both ice and water on them every single day throughout the winter; lessened, but not ended, when we stopped making ourselves comfortable by using a humidifier. grrrrr Our new patio door, on the other hand, is not only dry and ice-free, but warm compared to the old door.
No cold air coming in around it, no cold feeling standing in front of it, and still allowing for passive solar heat when the sun shines during the winter days on that south side of our home. We could not be more pleased.

Brandon was punctual, knowledgable and spent over 2 hours going through every detail of what we were interested in. He is a good salesperson and is very articulate in explaining the Renewal by Andersen process. I would definitely recommend him.
