Great to deal with a company that stands behind their work and works hard to ensure client satisfaction. I highly recommend Mills Roofing.

Once again Mills Roofing has come through for us, taking care of a very difficult roof shoveling job, which included a considerable amount of ice! We have used Mills Roofing for several years for inspections, maintenance, snow removal and repairs. We are very pleased with the services! The crew is professional and well-trained and they bring all the safety equipment and tools required to get the job done. We highly recommend Mills Roofing!

I had an emergency stemming from significant snow resulting in a persistent slow leak. Obviously, this was a busy time due to the heavy snow storm and continued snow but I waited a week after being told they were booking 2 days out. With that said, once booked, they arrived early considering they are coming from ~hour away in good weather. The 2 gentleman were very thorough and amazingly fast considering the amount of snow on the roof. In the approx 4 hours they were here, they updated me a couple of times and then reviewed what they had done before they left.

We have used Mills Roofing both to shovel our roof and to repair damage that was done during the last big storm we had. the work they did on our home and a rental property was so professional, customer focused, and timely, that we have asked them to shovel the roofs on both homes this December after the heavy storm dumped so much snow. The crew, once again, was timely, strong in communicating, professional and did an outstanding job.

I would like to single out Zac, crew chief, who had the home with the most snow and big, heavy icicles that needed to be carefully removed. Zac keep me appraised of the estimated time it would take, when they reported in and when they finished and was able to answer all of my questions. Mills is a customer focused company who hires employees who are both competent and friendly-great combination. I highly recommend Mills for any and all of your roofing needs.

Roof snow removal: We are very happy with the work Mills Roofing did for us. Their crew arrived on time, set up their safety procedures (harnesses etc), and got straight to work. They were personable, efficient, and professional from start to finish. In the past, we've paid nearly as much for uninsured and untrained men to spend a lot more time on our roof. It's a risky business standing on a two-story, snow/ice covered roof. Leave it to the pros and hire Mills Roofing!

Mills Roofing exceeded my expectations throughout the entire experience. From my initial contact with the office staff, timely scheduling, and through the efficient billing process. And all of this within a 2-day service window following our epic snow storms, which left many contractors too impacted to respond to telephone calls and email requests. The crew, lead by Francisco, was in a league of their own: professional, courteous, with a level of customer service rarely seen today.

The work of removing heavy ice dams, roof shoveling, and treatment of ceiling moisture caused by two separate issues, were able to be addressed by this knowledgeable crew. I not only received an explanation and photos of all services, but was "educated" about my roof. Explanations were presented in a manner that was clear enough for even a person unfamiliar with most roofing issues to gain a comfortable understanding.

I am confident in the work completed and, going forward, fortunate to have such an outstanding resource for any future concerns. I give Mills Roofing a 10 our of 10! I recommend them, without reservation, to anyone looking for roofing services in the areas they serve.
