Services

Roof Replacement

Our comprehensive roof replacement service addresses severe damage and aging systems. Using premium GAF materials, we remove old layers and install durable, weather-resistant systems with lifetime warranties. The process includes attic inspections, proper ventilation, and precise flashing installation. Each project receives a final inspection and manufacturer warranty registration, ensuring long-term protection against Michigan's climate.

Roof Repair

Targeted repair solutions address leaks, storm damage, and component failures. Our certified technicians identify root causes through detailed inspections, then implement lasting fixes using matching materials. Services include flashing repair, shingle replacement, and ice dam mitigation. We prioritize preventing minor issues from escalating while maintaining roof system integrity.

Solar Shingles

GAF Timberline Solar Shingle installations combine energy efficiency with aesthetic appeal. These nailable solar units integrate seamlessly with traditional roofing for continuous coverage. Our certified team handles full system design, permitting, and grid connection coordination. Homeowners benefit from reduced energy bills, tax incentives, and increased property value with a roof that generates power.

Ventilation

Proper attic ventilation prevents moisture buildup and extends roof lifespan. We install ridge vents, soffit systems, and exhaust solutions that meet manufacturer requirements for warranty validity. Our assessments identify airflow deficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance energy efficiency while protecting structural integrity.

Insulation

We evaluate existing insulation R-values and recommend upgrades to meet DOE standards. Services include blown-in cellulose installation and vapor barrier repairs that improve energy efficiency. Proper insulation reduces HVAC strain, prevents ice dams, and maintains consistent indoor temperatures while protecting against mold growth from condensation.

Renaissance was timely and worked above and beyond to get the job done. They even came back to fix one of my interior lights that stopped working after the roof installation. Very agreeable staff/employees. I've had terrible experiences with contractors coming to my home, but these folks did a great job and treated my home with respect. Would recommend.

Renaissance Roofing did an excellent job putting on our new roof. I liked that Don gave me several choices with different price points to choose from. He also gave me a list of homes they did so I could look at the roof colors I was considering. The crew did a great job, everything was clean when they left. It was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend Renaissance Roofing.

I was so pleased they were able to find the leak in my roof (roof not originally done by them) and repair it same day! They do good work & for a good price. Turns out it was the owner who came out & worked on it so not to leave me in a jam! Very honest company and didn't try to sell me on a new roof. Service: Roof repair

Very unprofessional company had my roof replaced on 10/5/21. Sterling the "owner" was my representative to come out and price the roof. The total was over 11k which was agreed upon by everyone involved. So after the job is complete here comes Sterling talking about additional cost. I hung up on him so he could gather his thoughts. So since I was not trying to hear nonsense about him ripping me off he wouldn't even provide me a receipt for the roof. But me being a business woman I purchased certified checks from my financial institution. I also have the contract because dealing with unprofessional poor companies this is what happens.

Don and his team at Renaissance Roofing Inc are fantastic. From beginning to end a great, professional job. Don did a great job explaining what was needed and what options I had. Once I committed Cassie did a great job of keeping me in the loop for scheduling and planning. The big day everyone showed up a bit early and started on time! The crew did an efficient job from tear off to put on to clean up.

The foreman even called a couple of the crew back because he found a couple of nails. They re-walked the area around the house to make sure nothing was missed. Payment was easy and again Cassie was great! Though this was the first roof I've had put on there's a reason I've been using Renaissance Roofing Inc for almost 20 years. Fixing roof damage from trees and storms and soffit damage from raccoons. Don's been the best throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Renaissance Roofing Inc to anyone needing roof work.
