Rosenello's replaced my all windows 5 years ago (installation was so smooth and completed in 1 day!). Fast forward 5 years later, and I had an issue after I cleaned my windows in which 2 of the bottom windows popped off the track and couldn't get them to open more than 1 inch. I was really worried that I broke the mechanism and was wondering if Rosenello's would stand by their product considering it was 5 years later.
After placing a phone call, Rosenello's came out the very next day and fortunately it was a simple fix and I was shown how to properly operate the windows when cleaning. Thank you Rosenello's for being so responsive to a customer years later! I would 100% recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with Rosenello's. A new roof was put on as well as new siding on our house. The workers were very efficient, polite and cleaned up everything nicely. Stefan who was in charge of the whole job was polite, professional and made sure everything was done as specified. I would highly recommend Rosenello's for this type of work. 5 star rating!

Rosenello windows started work everyday on time. Stefan scheduled delivery of windows between the 2nd and 3rd weeks of December during a pandemic and yet they arrived during the stated time. Scott and Kevin did an excellent job with installation of the windows and were polite and professional. The windows look great and the ease of opening and closing them are amazing. We highly recommend them and will continue to utilize their services. Bob and Angie Dellavella
