Overall very pleased with the work Will be honest that the remediation was And is still a problem. As my personal possessions were piled were piled stacked thrown in boxes still sorting things out After 3 to 4 months when the restoration started things got much better! Craig is an awesome supervisor who made sure things were put back properly Johnny Who was in charge of the job was wonderful did great work Professional n respectful His lead man Bob Also great work great attitude If you get these 2 guys on your job I promise you will like lthe work and will be pleased with their professionalism

They must have sent their hack team to my neighbors for some insurance work. They installed a garbage disposal unit on the sink, didn't knock out the plug when hooking up the dishwasher drain. Neighbor thought dishwasher was broken since it wouldn't drain. Reading the instructions would have solved that. Screwed down all the floor transition pieces instead of using the correct type of transition and channels.
New kitchen cabinets are shoddy, some are crooked. Hardware is either crooked or loose. Didn't bother to clean out the ducts after working, full of drywall and debris. Installed one bifold door upside down and wondered why it kept falling off the track. Two other bifolds needed new pivots but instead they just scratched their heads and said it's ok, they may or may not fall off again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
But I made a little side cash fixing up all your garbage work, so thanks for that I guess. I wouldn't let you near my house that's for damn sure. And the attached picture shows how you left all the switches and outlets in the basement. Great work guys.

Hand. the Construction manager met with us and explained the entire process. He was patient and very thorough. His Project Manager Chad did a phenomenal job. He listened to suggestions any concerns. Antonio and Mike were the best team ever. They came early and on time. Our basement was completely transformed. They left no stones untouched. We are so excited with our basement remodel.
