Called for repair service on repairing shingles on bay window, they never called back. I called the next week, they said sorry someone will get back to me. Someone then did call, take my information, and then asked if I was home and said they would try to get out that day. They never showed up, never followed up, and never called back. Poor service!

Did a great job on fixing a bad flat roof and replace shingles on whole structure. Also had them install gutters with screens so no more clogged gutters during rainy season. From the beginning of working with this company for a free estimate to the completion of our new roof installation they were phenomenal. We have a beautiful new roof and they did an excellent job cleaning up after they completed the job. Tim Rose, Monte Black and his crew, Tina Rose and Richard Weide were all very kind and easy to work with. Great company to work with!
