Founded in 1947 by Floyd Holt, Holt Roofing Company is a third generation, family-owned business built upon the principles of honesty, fairness and quality. Floyd managed the family business until his passing in 1966, when it was taken over by his son, Jack. Jack's philosophy for running a successful business was based upon the Golden Rule: treat your customers how you would want to be treated.

Modified Bitumen

Modified Bitumen systems take up nearly twenty percent of the commercial roofing market. This type of system is a development of asphalt roofing but includes rubber components as well. Modified Bitumen roofs are durable and known for longevity. As far as application, Bitumen uses a mid-ply system consisting of rolls and can be done with or without heat.
