I needed new gutters and vented soffits. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected. They showed up every day at 8am and worked hard to get the job done. They transformed the look of my home. I am super happy with the work and look of my home. Very professional. Communication was excellent as we dealt with issues as they arose.

The team did a fantastic job re-siding our house. Very professional, considerate, and hard work crew! We also appreciate how the owner of the company kept an open and honest approach, working with us throughout the whole process to ensure all of our needs were addressed to our complete satisfaction. Our 70+ year old house looks like a new house! We love it, and tons of complements from the neighbors too!

Mikhail was very responsive. I requested his services Sunday night and he arrived Monday at 8 AM to review and provided a quote later that day. His large well equipped crew was there at 8 AM the following Wednesday, as promised, working into the night to finish even the unexpected damage below the leaking roof. The extra work was done at a resonable cost and clean up was very good, even in the dark of night. Better then expected. A great job!

I contacted Imperial to replace my wood siding, which was rotted in places and damaged by woodpeckers, with Hardie fiber cement siding. Mikhail's quote came in below what others had quoted me and I chose them due to their high rating online. I was not disappointed. The crew performed the work immediately (literally the day after I cut them a check due to a gap in their schedule) and finished the job in a little over a week.
They repaired framing that was damaged from water, and they replaced all the fiber board underneath the siding with plywood at a modest additional expense. The quality was top notch and everything was done as expected (e.g. cut to size, level, joints caulked). The crew was professional and friendly. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

Imperial was the only choice. Most contractors were slow to respond and could not do the entire job. Imperial has a responsive owner and the hardest working crew known to man. They have my referrals locked in. Jeff Stabnau

Imperial installed new siding, soffits, and trim on our house. The men were working by 8am every day and worked steady until 6pm or later. The entire crew was great. They repaired some issues with our roof and the exterior walls before putting on the new siding. I watched some of the work as they did it and I could tell they knew what they were doing. We had the added benefit of being able to add insulation to walls that had been poorly insulated - or not insulated at all. Mikhail was great to work with and was always available to explain what was being done and why when I had questions.
This was not the lowest bid on this work, but I am very glad we chose Imperial. They were great, this was quality work. We are very happy with the result. I will use Imperial when we need a new roof.

Need a roof job done now and done right, here's your company. They were available and understood the work needed. They took pictures every step of the way to so the customer wouldn't feel they were being cheated. Great communication with the boss. His crew was on time and didn't slack on the job. My flat top roof looks amazing they even repaired a few other things seen. I will use them for my future jobs and you should too.

Imperial was hired to replace our condominium building's roof, and the crew was phenomenal and went above and beyond. They worked long hours, which yes meant being woken up and seeing them beyond dinner, but they finished our building quickly. Additionally, they spent hours after their last day working into the late evening sweeping for debris (nails, trash-it rained with heavy winds during project) and they came again the next morning to continue cleanup for several more hours, and surprisingly reinstalled our neighbor's yard art they moved out of the way. Exceptional company and crew.will use for future roofing needs in a home some day.

Recently had all my siding replaced by Imperial (including special trim around windows and doors, wider/white corner posts, vented vinyl soffits, 6 white molding under eaves and rakes, and all wood trim wrapped with Aluminum). The crew was very hard working and precise and the result looks fantastic. We are very pleased. In addition, Mikhail was great to work with.very up front and honest and willing to work with us to achieve the look we wanted. I was very nervous going into such a big (for me, at least) project, but it ended up being a great experience. I would recommend Imperial to any or my friends and family.

Imperial did our house so well, that we had them also come out and do my mom's house (pictured). They're easy to work with, price is fair, and the crew who did both places is fast, efficient, and polite. Prices are middle of the road, but quality of product and workmanship is on the high end. Very happy to work with them and if we knew a third place that needed a roof, I'd only ask for these guys.

I contacted Mikhail early on Sunday about a possible leak in our roof, and he was here first thing Monday morning (on New Year's eve). He carefully went over the roof and interior of our entryway, and let us know that there wasn't a leak. He came back and went over the area again with a moisture reader to make certain what was visible was previous staining, not new water marks. Mikhail was wonderful, and we plan to go with his company later this year when we need a new roof.

Imperial Building and Roofing provided very fair and professional service. Their work was done with care and on time for our new roof. We had one miscommunication about facia board replacement but the contractor went with what I understood to be the cost (not what he thought it was) which demonstrated their integrity and customer-focused business. Would highly recommend them.

They did my roof about 8 years ago. The crew was very professional and the roof is still great to this day with no problems. I also had them install a TV antenna for me and they came right out and did a great job...however the $250 price stung a little bit.

I've had Imperial Building and Roofing replace the roof of my first house (hail damage) in 2010 and Mikhail and his crew (led by Eric) were very professional and courteous. They protected the landscape around the house and cleared the area before starting work. They arrived when they said they would (actually early) and finished the job (tear out shingles, new boards as needed, added insulation to the attic, rerouted vents, new roof) in one day (about 11 hours).
The crew cleaned up the area and made sure no debris (nails, scraps, etc) were left. I've moved to another house in 2014 and wanted to replace the roof. I called Imperial for a quote to do the job. Their quote was competitive and got my business. The crew remembered me ( and i remembered them) from the previous house. Same great service from an outstanding business.

We had an issue with rainwater running down the front of our house. We had a few other roofers out, but they weren't sure of the problem and never returned. Mikhail quickly diagnosed the problem. His crew completed the work within a week and no more leaking roof!

I experienced excellent service by Imperial Roofing Company in the re-roofing of my home. I was very impressed with the quality in materials, workmanship, tear-off process, attic ventilation and water drainage systems improvements, installation and clean-up processes, and the final result delivered by Imperial Roofing. Project contracting with Mikhail, pricing, follow-up questions, and all other processes were professionally handled to my satisfaction.
Worker attitude and concern for quality was very apparent. Simply stated- it was a job very well done. I recommend Imperial Roofing Co. to any customer seeking quality and value in their home roofing needs.
